Update on my original review. I had been here now a few times with many friends and must say that these people ROCK. The staff accommodates my "picky" custom food requests and the attention to your table is up to par ! I have had a few dishes mode'd to my likes and they turned out great. I am not much a fan to state about my dishes, but the kitchen is great and the ambience is nostalgic and romantic (not me). The outdoor seating is comfortable and the place is kept up well in many ways. If you visit Castle Rock, Z'Abbracci is the place to pick and enjoy a nice time out with friends. Salute !
The appetizers were excellent! My friend and I got the fried risotto & fried ravioli. Things I did not like about my entree was the gnocchi wasn't from scratch and over cooked and the pesto sauce was thick and tasted like cornstarch. Chicken wasn't really good. The staff was very polite and the restaurant was very clean and classy but wouldn't go back.
Outstanding.....If you haven't eaten hear already your missing out....
We went for basic pizza but ended up having a great experience. The fried ravioli was great you don’t often see meat ravioli in Colorado. Big St Louis staple. The garlic knots to start were also great very light and airy not super heavy before eating pizza. The pizza was not very oily. Would for sure go back. Also nice they have a patio to enjoy a nice night. Our waiter Tim was great not bothersome and very attentive to our needs. I would recommend to anyone trying to find a place for pizza in castle rock instead of driving up to denver.
We have been to brunch, several times. Never dissapointing!! Great friendly staff, delicious food, reasonable prices. The food quality is top notch, and far exceeds other restaurants near by. Highly recommend!
