Solid selection of beers on tap. Sours were decent, peach wheat was legendary. Beer garden is well... gardened. Large tables for respectable group sizes inside and outside. Could use more vegan/vegetarian options. Had to be a little creative to veganify the impossible burger. If you get the chance, try the house spicy mustard, literally good on anything (sweet potato fries, trust me). Actually craving the mustard as I write this in remembrance. Overall, respectable brewery.
This is my favorite place in Castle Rock! Everything about WBY is AMAZING!!! Food is so delicious, beers are well crafted and the wait staff is phenomenal!!! Great place to get some work done during the weekdays, fun atmosphere every time I’ve been. Everyone treats you as family, friendly folks!
We love this place. We’ve been many times and it’s always good. The patio is our favorite for sipping a good beer and enjoying something to eat.
Good food and beer! Caleb, our server was excellent. I'll be back in the near future. There were two decent IPA's in tap. I'll need to try the Hefeweizen again on a warmer day. The Irish stout was on target. Everything we ate was great for any dedicated restaurant and above par for a brewery. Their name comes from the pilot owners apparently.
So I really really really want to support this place. Three empty picnic tables right now in the Biergarten and the bartender told me not to sit there because they’re saving them for larger groups. Good God, ok. Go to Germany and see how that works there…where Biergartens are always busier than here…lmao. Sorry, if they want to brew German beers here, figure it out. The photos represent the bartenders great skills at beer pouring too…that’s a $7.76 beer with a whole lotta head. Last time we’re coming here.
