I have a hard time finding good vegan food in castle rock. While this place isn’t a “vegan brewery”, they have a wide variety of options on the menu, that are easy to customize to fit a vegan order. And while they also serve impossible burgers, it’s nice that they also have some whole food plant based dishes that are colorful and more entertaining than the stereotypical veggie burger. The bartenders here are always outgoing and respectful. The food is flavorful. And the restaurant is always clean. The beer is absolutely incredible. If you’re looking for something new, try this place already. Just go. It’s worth it. I go almost everyday after work now because the beer is better than anything I can buy at the store. And also, josh is an incredible bartender. He serves me almost everyday and he’s got some hustle

Solid selection of beers on tap. Sours were decent, peach wheat was legendary. Beer garden is well... gardened. Large tables for respectable group sizes inside and outside. Could use more vegan/vegetarian options. Had to be a little creative to veganify the impossible burger. If you get the chance, try the house spicy mustard, literally good on anything (sweet potato fries, trust me). Actually craving the mustard as I write this in remembrance. Overall, respectable brewery.

We love this place. We’ve been many times and it’s always good. The patio is our favorite for sipping a good beer and enjoying something to eat.

Good food and beer! Caleb, our server was excellent. I'll be back in the near future. There were two decent IPA's in tap. I'll need to try the Hefeweizen again on a warmer day. The Irish stout was on target. Everything we ate was great for any dedicated restaurant and above par for a brewery. Their name comes from the pilot owners apparently.
