I'm not much of a fast food person, but thought I would give this Wendy's a try again. I arrived about 12pm had the meal at the place so was in no hurry.. but the meal took about 20 minutes. The kid taking the order was okay, but when I got my sandwich (crispy spicy chicken) and took a bite, it was raw and had the texture of a rubber glove. I took it back to the counter where there were 10 people now waiting on their orders. The lady manager asked what the problem was so I showed her. She got upset and was very apologetic, when she delivered the replacement sandwich. She blamed it on a new lady in training. The replacement sandwich was OK this time around, I just hope I don't get sick from the first bite. I won't be going back!
Would give less. If possible. Ordered my meal on the app like usual. Sat in the drive thru line for 25 minutes to get my order. Once I got to the window was told they didn't have one of the items so gave me something else then a few minutes later didn't have another item ordered. Ordered 3 things and only had 1 of them. Told them to cancel the order and was told they couldn't. App wouldn't give me a refund either. Waiting to hear back from them.
I just went inside to place an order for a cheeseburger. While inside the staff was friendly enough but didn’t smile and were monotone. The reason for the two star rating is because when I went to use the restroom, I noticed the entire restaurant was filthy, but the men’s restroom was on a whole new level. The floor was covered in who knows what, the wallpaper was peeling off, the urinal had been scraped up with people writing things and worst of all, there was blood in the sink. Luckily, I didn’t have to touch much, except for the soap dispenser and the paper towel dispenser because the automatic dispense feature was out of paper. Definitely disappointed in this restaurant’s quality and cleanliness and was very disgusted. The standard for this restaurant should be much higher.
8:00pm on a Thursday night, no dine-in and the lights are turned off on the drive thru sign… but they are open? I swear Covid made it somehow acceptable to absolutely suck at your job. Whatever Dave Thomas is paying the person running this franchise, it’s way too much. Honestly, you should be ashamed of yourself… it’s sad when McDonald’s has fresher food than you and is run infinitely better. Skip this place and go across the street to KFC, McDonald’s, sonic… just pick one, BUT learn from my mistake and move on to a better option
Absolutly the best customer service. Drive thru only. I had my 3yr old grandson, we were pulling big 5th wheel and no way to go thru drive thru. They gladly opened door to help in any way. McDonald's across the street drive thru only , ****refused to helped us.**** McDonald's need to tech staff what true customer service realy means. Learn from wendys they excell in customer service at this location
