This location is cheaply built and has cheaply-made food. The prices are high for the type of food you get. I ordered a basic breakfast sandwich. It was sloppily put together with egg and cheese flowing off the bun. The bun was a buttery cheap thing. You'd expect a sausage patty, but I got sausage links on the sandwich... weird. All in all, my stomach felt gross after eating here. I ordered online and the website said it would be 15min. When I got there at the time specified, I continued to wait 15 more min before my food was ready. I understand they were busy, but they should have been more accurate for their online wait times. Poorly managed in this regard.
Food is okay, good enough for when you need comfort food. The place was clean, tidy, with enough decor, nice booths seating, and ample parking lot. Good price value, service was smooth. Eat pancake with some chocolate pieces in it to make it taste better.
Dank (in a good way) Only thing that could be better is having more dairy free milk options than just almond milk.
Came in about 8:30 on a Saturday morning, the place is about half full. There are workers standing around while people are waiting to be seated. Waited about 5 minutes to be seated and no one even acknowledged we were there, employees still just standing around. We left, if we can't get a table, the service is going down hill from there.
We love this Village Inn. They are our go-to for breakfast with dine-in or delivery. The folks who work here are always friendly and work so hard. The breakfast food is delicious, my southern-born husband likes the biscuits and gravy (that's saying something) and I really like the chicken fried steak VIB option. The manager recently went out of his way to fix a DoorDash delivery snafu (driver absconded with our food) and it was very much appreciated.
