Fantastic location; meals get out fast, menu is easy to understand and the establishment is kept orderly.
Most times of the day, it's relatively quiet. The vast majority of customers seem to be takeout drivers (at least when I've been there). This, combined with the lovely view, results in a very relaxing experience. I'd heavily recommend it to anyone in the area.

Really good fast food! Always fresh and a must stop when we are in Colorado. Build your own bowl is always a great option. The Spicyaki sauce is my favorite. I am also a big fan of the Niko salad.

I ordered a build your own bowl with tofu, and the tofu came burnt (see photo). I had to scrape off the burnt side of the tofu squares to salvage them, I did not want to waste food and return the bowl. Definitely disappointing and makes me think twice about going back to this location.

Food is meh for how much you pay. I got a Poke bowl, and the staff gave about zero help to tell me which ingredients go with what. They don’t have any standard Poke bowl to choose from for those of us who doesn’t know how to build one. After spending $18 on a bowl, my food tasted like dog food. They also ask for tip right up front, but doesn’t do anything except bring up your food! Need a napkin, you need to go get it on your own. Need a utensils, go get it on your own! Need spices or condiments, go get it on your own! Finished eating? Take away the dishes on your own! But they still suggest you to pay 25% tip!

Absolutely delish! Highly recommend the coconut curry soup substituting udon instead of rice. So fresh, so delicious, so craveable… Love! Extra credit points that the children cleaned their kids plates, too!
