Burgers are above average. I like the fish taco more. The biggest problem is parking - the valet parking acquires most parking spot.

I came here with 3 other girl friends around 7:30pm on a Friday night. We sat there for 1 hour before anyone came to our table. We had no water nothing. Once a waiter did come to us, things got even worse. It took so long for the drinks and food to come. Once the food finally arrived, we were given no silverware. We finally had to go up to the front of the restaurant to ask for them and was given some plastic forks! The waiter realized we have had the worst service and said we would get a discount on our bill which didn’t happen so we asked to speak to the manager. I usually don’t do this but this was the worse dinning experience of my life. (I wish I were exaggerating!) We were very polite but explained our experience. The manager said to us “well it looks like you are all your food” in a very condescending way. She also said “you could have come and gotten our attention” as if this was all our fault. Anyways, there were lots of other tables having terrible service as well. One table had a piece of plastic from a cheese slice cooked into her burger. They weren’t quite as nice as us and they got in a big fight with the manager. I think she called the cops on them. Such a shame as the roof top location is cool and Parker needs some good places but this one is just not it!

Food was good and so were the drinks. My disappointment came from the bottomless mimosas. If I bought bottomless mimosas and you bring my check, I still expect bottomless mimosas. We paid but we’re still drinking. Well we were charged again because “you paid out so we can’t add anything to your check”, well it’s bottomless, right? So we ended up spending over $100 for what was okay but not great due to bottomless not meaning bottomless.
Probably won’t come back. Sorry, I take my bottomless mimosas seriously, I have 3 kids.

The server was so friendly and nice, we got an amazing sunset view and the burgers we got were fantastic! Will be going back, we didn't realize they were closed on Mondays and went to get burgers and were so sad! But now we know.

We met a friend for dinner and drinks at The Upper Deck last weekend. It was our first time there, and based on the reviews on Google, we didn't have high expectations. But, we were curious about the Laszlo Hotel and the restaurant itself, so we went for it.
We arrived and were seated quickly on the patio. COVID and social distancing are still a thing, and there was plenty of room between us and the other guests to make everyone feel comfortable. The view of the orange sunset (from the ongoing forest fires) was excellent from our table. Our server was friendly and attentive. We ordered the Queso Trio which was delicious and offered plenty for three of us to share. Cocktails were really good too; skinny peach seltzer, pretty in pink, and the El Diablo were all quite tasty. They also had some great deals on beers at the time.
However, the burgers really stole the show. We ordered both the Ultimate Burger and a House Burger. The kitchen cooks them with some pink inside which is perfect for me, but my wife likes them a little more well done. Everything came out just as we ordered. The flat fries were really good and a little different that what usually comes with a burger. We also ordered an ice cream sandwich to share, and it was a little taste of heaven!
There are a bunch of things in the menu that sounds good, so we will definitely be back again in the near future. The patio area to be heated, so that should extend the outside dining season by weeks or maybe months?!?
So, if you're looking for a REALLY good, local burger place, do yourself a favor and give The Upper Deck a chance in spite of what you might read online!
