Unreal. Food is unreal. Like legit crazy good flavor. Joelle took such good care of us. Can't say enough good things about this place.
Looking for amazing food with amazing service? Look no further.
Thank you so much. 🙏🍕❤️

They add a hidden 4% fee on all orders. If you don’t read the right side of the placard on the table you won’t know until it’s on your bill. If that’s what it takes to pay your employees, just raise your prices. I wouldn’t mind that. But don’t be deceptive and try to hide it. This was one of the first restaurants I went to when I moved to Denver years ago. But I’ll go somewhere that can pay a living wage and be honest with their customers instead
Edit: See the response below. Guests will only pay so much for a taco, so lying to customers and increasing the price later is best for our establishment. I'll definitely be going somewhere else.

Staff is super nice. Food was freaking delicious. The signature margarita was perfect and the brunch tacos are bomb! Will definitely come back.

4% fee is a scam to their employees. Since the restaurant doesn't have to raise their wages. They can tell their employees only on busy nights you'll get your pay. Carrot and stick strategy in keeping their employees happy. If they had to raise their wages even on a slow day they will have to pay said employee.
If they can't justify the higher food costs because the food is great and service is amazing. Then they should look at different ways of raising revenue to pay their employees. Maybe their locations rent is too high. Relocate. Poor management kills restaurants.
If you're a worker reading this don't work there. Quit and find yourself a place that pays you for you not depends on the guests to show up to pay for your wages. There's plenty of places paying more with amazing benefits.

For all the hype, I expected a lot more. Don't come here for authentic or inexpensive Mexican food. The service was amazing, but I likely won't visit again.
