Man taco bells have really gone down hill. Manager has two employees running the whole store on a weekend. We are 30min into waiting on a $20 order. They also let an elderly man stand at the front counter for 15min before serving him. There is just no excuse. I managed a taco bell for some time and this is insane. Franchisee or corporate needs to step in. Not even the menus are turned on. Oh and that elderly man could not use cash because they had not set the drawers up. You pretty much could not fail at taco bell more. If you are this short staffed you need to shut down.

As a long time resident here, this is the worst Taco Bell I have ever seen. The dining room has been closed since even before COVID almost all the time, resulting in very long drive thru lines - literally 30 minutes is the usual.
Even the drive-thru is sometimes closed, like this Saturday lunch and all Sunday. Then you will always get some surprise coming here like this "cash only, closed Sunday" sign. These pictured lines are from 1:30pm on a Monday, not exactly even lunch hour!

When I order nachos Bell grande with my chips on the side that doesn't mean I want deconstructed nachos that means I want it all mixed together with my chips separate.
The young man taking orders on the headset was very courteous and spoke very clearly and the young man at the window was also very courteous.
Overall the experience was okay the wait time in the drive-thru was over 15 minutes but that's kind of to be expected during lunch

Service was very good! To be honest I haven't been to a Taco Bell in quite some time, but the food has really changed & in my opinion, not for the better. Shopping at Safeway next door right after & barely made it to the restroom before the chicken powerbowl evacuated.....🤮

Was told I couldn’t get the amount of sauces I ordered because of the number of items. Was told it cost over $70 for a box of sauce. Like, okay? I ordered my stuff without cheese and sour cream and didn’t get a discount for that, so I kind of saved your location money in the long run. Also, it’s kind of unprofessional to be telling drive thru customers how much things cost to try to guilt them.
