As a long time resident here, this is the worst Taco Bell I have ever seen. The dining room has been closed since even before COVID almost all the time, resulting in very long drive thru lines - literally 30 minutes is the usual.
Even the drive-thru is sometimes closed, like this Saturday lunch and all Sunday. Then you will always get some surprise coming here like this "cash only, closed Sunday" sign. These pictured lines are from 1:30pm on a Monday, not exactly even lunch hour!

If I could give a negative star I would. Today was the third time I have attempted to eat here. Every single time it has been closed in the middle of the day or the doors were locked.
Today I had an associate meet us at the door and tell us we needed to go through the drive through. Which had a line of 10 cars. She stated, I only have three people in my kitchen.
The owner needs to just shut this place down.

Every time I come here its an absolute disappointment. They be giving out cheesey gordita crunch's that are just less then a basic taco to quesadillas with nothing but bread no cheese or anything, and cold to the touch food(if they some how do get the right item) and horrible service. It really goes to show why the other location shut down from what I assume to be the same owner. This one isn't far behind. They continue to hire Incompetent people who can't even perform a simple task.

How does this place have any good ratings? They're never open and their card machine doesn't work. It takes a minimum of 45 minutes to get through the drive-thru at a fast food restaurant. I assume they also recruit their staff from ComCor

Ordered through the mobile app and had to wait over an hour even though I got the message saying my meal was done.
When I went up to the door for pickup the door was locked had to wait for someone to come and they said they'll have it up soon and hour later I got it. It's was soggy and they forgot the fountain drink. People around said this Taco Bell is open when they decide...
Very poor experience and it sounds like this is a common theme.
