The burritos are not the same size. When you walk in, you seat yourself but you also place an order as if you’re carrying out. You don’t get complimentary chips and salsa for dining in AND I paid for a deluxe, only to get 2 tomato pieces
The location is lowsy...25th and Federal Boulevard is one of the worst streets in Denver. As far as the food goes...the best thing about Santiago's is the green chili, if you like it hot. They wanted to charge me $2.25 cents extra just for cheese! Made me wonder if they were getting it shipped in from Mexico!
Santiago's breakfast burritos are always on point and the price is always just right. There is always a line, but definitely worth the wait when you have tried it. The staff is always super friendly and they seem to truly enjoy their jobs. The atmosphere is very family friendly and oriented, almost like visiting family when you are there!
Went here right before they closed tonight and ordered 3 smothered burritos, one of them with chicharonnes on top. Order was repeated to me correctly, however when I got home and opemed the food, the container marked "chicharonnes" did NOt have them on it, nor inside either for that matter. Beyond dissapointed as I was charged an extra $3.00 for them!!!!!!!!!!!!!
This staff is the best! Ordered 50 burritos ahead online and they had them ready to go. Great neighborhood spot- will be back.
