Honest review: The server was nice. It honestly wasn’t that busy, it seems like the servers kinda stand around and talk most the time.
The tacos for 3 ($13) weren’t even hot, tasted like burnt steak mostly, can’t even taste the green chili. Barely warm. Girlfriends nachos ($16) barely had ANY chips, the chicken in it was barely even warm, but the beans were hot? Also who adds carrots to nachos? Boyfriend got fajitas ($27) hardly any rice, didn’t come out hot like fajitas are suppose to (been to several Mexican restaurants and those fajitas come out sizzling). Most the food was not even warm.
Drinks: drinks were really good (bf and I ordered 2 of the alcohol and NA drinks). They’re worth the money. Like they’re good on drinks
The servers were nice, very welcoming…but the food isn’t good. Our drinks were great though. I just wouldn’t recommend the food here :/
Girlfriend complained about the chips and chicken on her plate, server offered to add more chips and place it in a heater to warm up the plate. Like what? If something is cold and not made correctly you remake it. Makes no sense. Definitely not coming back…
Total: $108 we’ve paid less for good food at the cheese cake factory….yikes….also, they failed to add their sodas to their menu 😶

Came here for lunch last week with my wife, google says it has a 4.1 with 1,300 reviews (can’t believe these are real or they changed something before I went). We ordered a burrito each expecting a typical burrito but what we got was a hard tortilla with meat inside and folded around itself once and then sprinkled with cold cheese, lettuce, and some chunky tomato pieces as the salsa. Red flag as far as food goes should have been that no one was eating they were only there for the drinks. My wife got a margarita and I tried some but it was very limey no tequila taste. Waitress was not rude but seemed to be sleepy and did not really care about taking our order and just spent her time talking to the other employees that were just standing around.

We were there for a retirement party on a very busy Friday night. There was probably 25 of us, and the server we had was fabulous. He took very good care of us, and got our food out in a timely manner. He was very attentive and friendly and never lost patience with us. It was a great experience and I'm sure we'll all be back!!

Never go here if you have a service dog. My husband, who is obviously blind, got told he needed to sit outside with his service animal, as they were not allowed inside. When I pushed back, the manager reiterated the same thing, which is against the law. We had to pull out ADA law cards in order for them to let the service animal inside. When I brought this up to the acting hospitality manager, he asked if the harness was store bought. The service animal wears a leather harness that is stamped with the guide dog training programs name. This whole experience was disappointing and we will never be going back. Beware you might have to file an ADA complaint.

I stopped in for the first time to Rio Grande and sat at the bar. The wait staff was very friendly, helpful and fun.
I ordered a Steak Burrito smothered with Green Chili. The kitchen turned the order around very quickly. The Steak was tender and flavorful. The black beans, rice and green chili was good.
It is a nice casual place to grab a meal with friends. They also feature two outdoor dining patios, for those who want to grab a margarita and some sunshine!
I would encourage you to check out Rio Grande for a nice time, good food and relaxing environment!
