I ordered a steak and added crab through Uber eats and went to pick it up. I arrived at 4:10 for a meal that said it would be ready at 4:09. I walked past the front host, who didn’t acknowledge me, and stood at the to go counter for 5-10 minutes. An elderly waitress brought food to people that were standing next to me, rang them up, turned around and left without acknowledging me and I finally asked the bartender if she could find somebody to help me. She said she was busy stocking the bar and didn’t realize I was there. The delivery driver standing next to me said this is how they always operate. She went back and checked on my order and said they were boxing it up. I waited another five minutes and the delivery driver got the meal he was waiting for. The gentleman who brought it out acknowledged me and said he would be back in a few minutes. I waited another 10 minutes before he brought my food. I left at 4:30 and got back to the hotel where I am staying and there were no utensils in the bag. I ate my dinner like a Neanderthal and thanked God there were no witnesses. I understand if it’s not your job, but a simple greeting and “let me get some one to help you” would have gone a long way in making this meal much better. And when preparing a to go order make sure the essentials are provided.
Our waitress was amazing and the food tastes wonderful. It was a bit dark in there but everything else was really good. I wish I could remember her name. She wore a mask and said she had worked there for about a year. She was friendly and a very good waitress. Kept up on drinks and my all u can eat shrimp. Can't wait to go back.
Wow! Great Red Lobster. We've eaten 2 times in the last month, both times food was top notch! Will be back and you should go if you're thinking about it. Keep up the good work!
I had endless shrimp for lunch with a friend today, and the food was great! Our server, Joe was fantastic! He was so friendly and attentive. We never had to ask for anything because he was always one step ahead of us. Linda, the manager was also great.
Our service was excellent! Amazing Italian man who was on his second day there. Very nice and attentive! The only thing that was an issue was my crab was older then it should be. The crab meat was STUCK to the shells. Tasted good, but so much work to scrape it out. My husband's two lobsters meal was good, he says 9 out of 10.
