Normally this location has been excellent for pickup. We get nachos, burritos, sometimes a quesadilla or dessert. Today we got pick up and it was HORRIBLE. My nachos were missing BEANS and SALSA. In addition I paid for extra meat and didn't get it. My partners burrito also didn't have the rice requested. As I had been craving specifically this, it was incredibly disappointing and infuriating. What makes it so much more frustrating is they weren't even busy today, I try to give the benefit of the doubt but this is just too many mistakes for me.
Well after a week of emailing customer service and including the case number given here I still have not heard back about this incident. I'm pretty annoyed by this. I went through the right channels, and yet nothing. Not even an email response that they won't do anything. This is such horrible customer service I can't even believe it. Worse than the food service I got from them, does the entire company only have incompetent employees?

Amazing experience. The team was very friendly as soon as I walked in the door. They were out of the brisket and the manager went out of his way to make sure I had a great experience. Food was very fresh, the area was cleaned and the staff were exceptional. There was a line being a Saturday night but they were moving at lightning speed and provided a complimentary drink. Shoutout to the night staff on 10/29/22 for making my dinner experience awesome. I will be back to this location knowing I am getting quality service and food.

The workers here provide an impeccable and personalized experience every time I’m here! They remember their regulars orders and go above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. While I can sing the praises of everyone I’ve interacted with, Keisha and Phoenix are especially friendly and attentive. I highly recommend this location!

Keesha and ray and Phoenix the employees at this location. If they deserve anything to come. it would be a raise at least a dollar more not much but if it helps it helps. They keep it polite clean & fresh off the table. All three are wonderful when serving as a customer. I also door dash and they never disappoint me in having our order on time & ready. 🥰🥰 thank you and too all 3 employees. Yayy keep up the good work.

I haven't been to Qdoba for a while but this visit was very pleasant. The lady that greeted us was very friendly and she made an awesome bowl for me. I will definitely be back to this location.
