Workers are extremely friendly and helpful. BUT THE AIR CONDITIONING WENT OUT 2 MONTHS AGO AND IT IS EXTREMELY HOT, THESE WORKERS DO NOT DESERVE THESE CONDITIONS. The solution they have been given is a portable air conditioner that doesn't do anything. The temperature in the building was 85 degrees! Do better for the employees!
I get being busy but having a sign up for Grubhub drivers to CALL TO GET IN and have the phone OFF THE LINE is UNACCEPTABLE. We get you hate your job, well the drivers do, too. Quit making thinking harder for everyone including yourselves.
(Update: I was refunded. Was one star) I payed for food and wasn't able to get it. I ordered food for pick up on a Friday night. This location was listed as being open til 11 on here and on the door. When I arrived at 10:30 they had closed... No help from customer service yet. This really has made me look elsewhere for food, even when it sounds good. I listed contact info and heard nothing. Genuinely, this is at least poor service and could be scammy.
They were closed and cleaning before their posted closing hours. I placed an online order and payed. Why should it be my responsibility to find support to get a refund edit: The transaction was completed and they charged me. It's funny that QDOBA responded with exactly what I mentioned. They put the responsibility on me for dealing with the transaction. It was easier to file a credit dispute than to sit on the phone for 30 minutes with their customer service.
Came here for lunch and it was CLOSED, when it says they're open!!! Had to rearrange my whole lunch plans which it was upsetting because I didn't have much more time. Called the store and they said there was no one available to work. Why is this place still in business then?? Do yourself a favor and do not waste your time coming here.
