Horrible and exceptionally rude staff. We had the worst dine in experience today in this Qdoba outlet. I ordered two veg burritos and veg tacos. I made it clear multiple times there should be no meat. The guy who was preparing the burrito went to get the fajitas. I told the staff person who was supposedly the manager himself to entertain other customers while I waited for the fajitas. But this person kept ignoring me even when the fajitas arrived and kept serving other customers. I had to intervene and ask him to start my order. He gave a very rude expression and talked very rudely to me. Two customers in line acknowledged this man was being very rude. On top of it he was very careless with my order. He kept on dropping chicken pieces on my burritos. I had to ask him to redo both my burritos. But he messed up with my tacos and put in chicken pieces in it. We didn’t realize until we were half done with our tacos. When I complained there was no remorse in their part. Not only this, when I was trying to explain them their fault the other person came in took my bowl and threw it in the trash and said “You are done. Leave the store.” Pathetic service, highly impolite and rude staff. Why should I leave the store without I being compensated for the for your blunder. Is this the way you treat your “all” your customers?? This store is a blemish due to its staff. See below picture of my half eaten bowl whose picture I managed to get before it being thrown into trash without my consent. You see chicken pieces in it. No remorse guys, no remorse on your part.

We ordered catering for a birthday party that had roughly 15 people coming. I did 2 orders of the "taco kits for 10" thinking we would have plenty of food and maybe even some left over and I was completely wrong. As you can see from the pictures, both of the meat pans were roughly a 3rd full. I'm sure they go by weight but if anyone thinks that meat divided by 20 people is worth the $300 I paid for it (including the tip) I would strongly disagree. I will say the lettuce, salsa's, etc...that accompanied the meat were plentiful which makes the small amount of meat I feel we received even more odd. The worst part was when we called we were told a manager would be back in about 15 minutes and give us a call regarding the order. That was on Saturday and now it's Wednesday and still no call back. We ended up having to order pizzas to make sure everyone got food so needless to say I wouldn't recommend anyone order catering from Qdoba. Super disappointing experience.

Truly the worst Qdoba location in all of Colorado. Consistently so bad it’s impressive. The staff is rude and talks about customers while other customers can hear them. No one knows how to wrap a burrito. Portions are all over the place. I go to this location always giving them the benefit of the doubt and will no longer be doing that. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR and go to the other Castle a rock location.

The worker behind the counter took 3 tries to wrap my burrito spilling lots of the filling and then forgot to give me queso for my chips and queso. I was the only customer at the location and got terrible service.

Food is good. Compared to other QDobas, portions are very small. Most employees are nice and welcoming (but one cashier). They are quick to prepare meals. There was a long line when I got there, we where in a hurry, but they went through all the orders really quick.
