I have not had Pizza Hut in years so this review perhaps is biased because I was really delighted to get to eat it again. Since I moved away from a location it just doesn't make sense to get it because it will be cold by the time we get home. I have considered getting on road trips a few times as well and it always seems to be a closed location or too big of a line or something so I ended up skipping it every time I had the chance until the other day. We decided to stop by this location in Castle Rock and just eat in the parking lot so that we didn't have to deal with the long drive home and eat it cold. There's one parking spot nearby with shade so we were just chilling over there. It didn't take long at all I think about 10 minutes. Then we were able to grab our food from the pickup drive-thru which was convenient. And they even had paper plates to offer us so that was super awesome since we were eating in the car. And that would be great on a trip as well. As for the food it was just as I remembered it. We got personal pan pizzas and breadsticks I got a double order of breadsticks because it had been so long since I had had it I really wanted to make sure I had some leftovers haha. It was really delicious the only thing missing was parmesan packets I should have asked for some. That would have been nice on the sauce. Anyway I highly recommend this Pizza Hut especially if you're just stopping by for a personal pan pizza and breadsticks for lunch. I really enjoyed this meal. And I haven't been eating much this past week because of a tragedy so it was nice to have a meal that I completed. Thank you.

They're usually fairly good... but our most recent pizza order arrived uncut...
That's pretty disappointing considering the amount we pay for the pizza and service... minor issue, but inconvenient for sure.

Always undercooked. Worst pizza I've ever had in my life. Seems to be the trend in Castle Rock with all fast food/pizza restaurants. Ive had this same experience 3 times in a row now. I will never spend money at this pizza hut ever again. Very disappointing when you have a hungry family and end up spending over $50 for 2 pizzas. Ridiculous!!! Dominoes is slightly better but still over priced and bad quality..

Do not recommend this Pizza Hut. My wife and daughter love Pizza Hut so as a treat I order it for them. This location has messed up our order so many times it's crazy they are still in business. 50+ dollar for two Pizzas. PLUS TIP
1pan half cheese half "pepperoni lovers"
1pan "pepperoni lovers"
Order was placed over the phone. Asked for well done, showed up under cooked with hardly any pepperoni. My wife wanted to add special delivery instructions because we live in an apartment and drivers get confused often. The clerk over the phone would not take the instructions and said "the driver will just call you when they are out front." We stood outside watching the driver go back and forth down Wilcox for 20 minutes before he called. Needless to say pizza was cold and undercooked and definitely not pepperoni lovers lol. My wife did an online survey last time they messed up our order so this time I thought I would leave a review here so the owner is aware. PS the driver handed up the pizzas still in the heated bag and turned around without taking the bags with him. We had to ask if he wanted his pizza bag back. Lol looks like next time it's Slice Works. Fine with me, I always get outvoted but this was the last time.

Did not make pizza properly. Called 5 times to make manager aware. Was hung up on 5 times unable to speak to manager. Called next day and finally got a manager. When made aware of mistake. Did not offer to fix it, or credit next pizza. Avoid these guys. Papa John’s is right next door, and they deliver further than the hut does.
