BBQ short ribs and spring rolls! The short ribs are so flavorful and plentiful. They give you 3 big pieces and it comes with a delicious sauce. It's so good though, that you don't even need the sauce. I also love that you have many options for your spring rolls. Looking forward to trying the pho.
Update: went back for the pho. It was good. The eggrolls were too.

These guys are legendary in the area. Their Pho is some of the best we've ever had. They are an essential trip if you've been sick or have a cold. Grab it to go and nourish yourself back to health.Their Pho will right all your wrongs. Pure comfort food.

One of our regular (weekly) haunts, and an absolute favorite for phở in Castle Rock. Solid food, fast and friendly service, and reasonably priced to boot. If you get a chance, the beef spring rolls are some of the best I've ever had. Anywhere. Very much recommended.

Usually very good, not today. Ordered veggie spring rolls with peanut sauce. Sauce was good, the rolls had mostly noodles, a tiny slice of cucumber and lettuce and a soggy, greasy piece of tofu. Not at all as pictured online. We also ordered crispy veggie spring rolls. They were greasy, one piece of lettuce for 3 rolls, tiny bit of noodles and a few sprigs of cilantro. Very disappointing with quality and quantity. Using smaller to go containers, including less fresh veggies which is usually a nice touch.
