Best egg rolls of all time, possibly the best lo mein of all time. Want to come back to eat here daily. Best kept secret and best restaurant in Castle Pines (I’ve tried them all now).

Should be on restaurant impossible with how little customers went to go dine in. One woman and one man were both the receptionist, waitress and waiter, and table busier making it difficult for both of them to attend to any customers dining in due to higher take out or delivery take out orders. They definitely need to hire more people so they can keep up with as many orders as possible and offer a greater customer service experience.
Due to both my family's experience and my own as we all ate there as a family we give this a 1 star rating.

I am originally from Vietnam and love this place, the broth is very flavorful and you can tell that they use actual bones instead of the powder some other place use. The prices are reasonable and the portions are filling. The staff are lovely and attentive, I would 100% recommend this place to anyone looking for real pho around the Castle Rock area. I’ve also tried some of their pasta dishes and the lo mein was heavenly, I will definitely be coming back to experiment with more of their stir fried dishes!

Noodle bowl is great. I got the special with chicken, beef, and shrimp. I usually don't get shrimp, but it was actually my favorite part. Really good. Pho was great. Only thing I wouldn't get again was the eggroll, but I would come here again in a heartbeat.

Was originally told 50-55 minutes for my take out order for a family of 4. Which is fine on a busy weekend night. But after arriving, I waited almost 45 more minutes for my order.
When I got the food home, both my wife and I agreed that everything tasted rather bland. For a place with pho in the name, I expected to be blown away but to be honest the broth wasn’t much different then the bowls of instant pho from Costco.
