Ordered a large pizza, salad and parm bites for pick up. Waited 20 minutes past the time we were told it would be ready. The pizza box was so light we had to look to see if there was a pizza in the box. Once we got home we found a cracker thin pizza and a $9 salad that was literally a handful of lettuce. I did send a message through their contact information online but never received a response. $40+ For nothing.
I've been eating here for 14 years now. I'm a little disappointed that the Bernie is gone. I remember it being like $6 for 2 slices and a drink. Now 2 slices and a drink now was almost $11. The staff at the counter today took a phone call right in the middle of my order and was disoriented. Tables were dirty, Pizza slices were cut uneven and of course I get stuck with a tiny piece while someone else will score big. While the Pizza is delish, it's not $11 delish. I can go other places and get a whole pie for that price. Unfortunately I'll be taking Parry's out of my normal routine. If prices go up doesn't mean service should go down. I was not impressed after eating there more than 50 times.
So delicious! The staff was really friendly. The pumpkin bites were so yummy!! Highly recommend adding those for a sweet treat at the end. The pizza had a perfectly crunchy bottom and soft chewy top. The summer 2010 was our favorite of the three we got but none of them were a disappointment. They were all fantastic. We will definitely be back. So grateful PCK had their spirit night there or we wouldn't have ever known they existed.
I saw the mixed reviews but decided to give this place a try as the menu looked perfect for the kids and me. Here’s what you should know before going: 1) the service was really good. They were not necessarily attentive, but were very kind and helpful when I asked for anything. They also came by to check on how the food was, which I’ve never experienced in a fast-casual restaurant before. 2) The food was good. I had the yankee fries (yum) and the kids had a slice of pepperoni and Mac n cheese (Kraft). It wasn’t anything amazing or special, but for a quick lunch spot it was exactly what we needed. 3) the service was a touch slow- but also because my daughter ordered the Mac n cheese, which they prepared fresh for her. I both appreciate them not being wasteful and having some prepared ahead, and not serving her old yucky Mac. So, the wait was acceptable to me. They also told me how long it would be when I put in the order. I’ve seen some of the other reviews regarding wait time, but I don’t see this as a problem with the restaurant, but rather with customer expectation. Overall, I would recommend this place, especially if you are not in a rush and can be patient for your food to be prepared.
Our favorite pizza place! Always delicious. Their cheese is unlike any other — it’s like they have a magic sauce. And their white dipping sauce should be packaged and sold — so yummy! We love the knickerbocker cheesy bread too. Staff is always friendly and helpful, even when the restaurant is hopping. Very thankful this gem of a local business is here in Parker.
