Fresh ingredients here, but be ready to spend the big bucks
Food here is excellent but the price ultimately sours the taste. The bread here is very high quality hence the name Panera BREAD. Soup is great as well as the Mac and cheese. I've personally never had the bagels, but I've heard they are quite good as well. The people there were quite happy and helpful and the food can out very fast despite them saying that they were severely understaffed.
Ps no masks required they didn't tell me to put one on and no one else had one on either.

Panera’s line: “Food As It Should Be”, needs to be explored to be more accurate. My food was not as it should have or could have been.
I ordered here, they are out of most items, basics like bread and clean plates. How do you run out of bread? Every time we asked for an order item the cashier had to ask the kitchen guy if they had it. We get our food to dine in—in to go bags. I inquire, and they say their dishwasher is broken and they have no plates. My to go quantity size is not the same as a bread bowl or actual soup bowl, end of spending $30+ on lesser amounts than you’d usually get because no one knows how to use their hands to wash dishes. The staff is also insincere and apathetic. I keep giving Panera another chance every 3 months and end up disappointed, so this will be my last time here.
No plates and no bread.

11 dollars for this tiny salad with No chicken. That's as much as sweet green with no protein and it's crazy small. Staff was super nice but I could not believe how much it came out to be 😢 not worth the cost

It was fresh and tasty and Panera nothing else to say. Super packed but everyone waited calmly and the staff did an excellent job getting everyone through as quickly as possible. All with a smile. The mango lemonade is heavens nectar. A must try.

We got soup and grilled cheese. The grilled cheese had an obnoxious amount of cheese and didn't taste as grilled as it tasted microwaved. We had to grill it at home. Soup was pretty good. But $40 for soup and grilled cheese for two people you would expect something stellar, this was mediocre at best.
