Food is subpar. Anytime we've ordered to go, items are missing or wrong. They are VERY stingy with ingredients. I asked for broccoli instead of mushrooms and got 3 pieces. My meal usually comes with spinach, but had none. So, I basically had a ton of noodles with little sauce, 3 pieces of broccoli, no spinach and a few tomatoes. Overall it was a let down. Not our first experience at this location. We've given them several chances, but they don't change.
Last 2 times we got food from this location it has been cold and missing ingredients. Had it delivered this time because the last time I went in music was loud and of poor taste. The 2 guys that were in there just cussed the entire time. Used to be much better. I understand getting people to work is very tough these days just hope they can fix it.
People have been waiting for over an HOUR for their online orders to be ready. They are so disorganized and slowww. They never seem to get the orders 100% correct. Something always seems to be missing. It's a sad, disappointing joke how this place is run. This restaurant needs a serious spring cleaning and retraining of all of its staff. I won't be returning.
Got stuck in a huge rush and some orders were lost but the guy named Kaden (?) was super helpful, kept his composure, and helped keep it moving! Kudos to him! Give that man a raise!!
Ordered on DoorDash, and ended up getting a call from the Dasher who was waiting at the restaurant. They claimed the order had already been picked up and refused to remake it. My order was probably stolen, but that is an unfortunate part of doing business. Remake the order like any other restaurant would.
