It concerns me to imagine that people might not go to No Cow Cafe if they aren't vegan or gluten-free. I'm neither vegan nor gluten-free and I love their food. Their mini-cakes, lemon bars, and cookies are favorites of mine, but I've never had anything I didn't like. Their gluten-free loaves of bread are potentially the best I've ever had and the people that own the place are very friendly and kind. Plus, if you're concerned with sugar intake, as far as I've heard from the owner, they use natural sweeteners in their baked goods, but you wouldn't notice the difference. All in all, this is a great place that I recommend checking out.

Amazing place when if you are not gluten free. Their chocolate cake is so moist and just amazing. We also had their vegan chili! We tried 4 different and all were delicious! Must try.

Pleasantly surprised by this spot! Was in town and swung by, ended up ordering every flavor pretzel stick, upside down pineapple cake and an apple pie monkey bread thing and it was SO delicious. I went with my partner and friend who aren’t vegan/GF and they agreed they were some of the best pastries they’ve had. I’ll definitely be back!

As someone who can't have Gluten or (much) dairy, it is hard to find good baked goods that are affordable. Not only were these delectable, but they were fairly priced! The staff was incredibly friendly, and pointed me towards the chocolate and carrot cakes. Both are amazing! Highly recommended this local shop to anyone swinging through!

After 3-4 visits, this is my go to gluten/dairy free bakery in the Denver area. Worth a short drive if necessary. Great tasting, reasonably priced offerings ranging from bread, to pretzels, to confectionery goods. Awesome, friendly staff as well. 5 ⭐️
