It's hard to find good Ramen in Parker and this place is a gem. The ambiance is cozy and perfect for a rainy day. The volcano ramen is a must have, one of the best ramen broths I've had in Colorado.

Food is ok. Sushi supposed to have sticky rice but here the rice is not sticky. They said its how they made sushi and I find that hard to believe. Sushi is not good I will say. Chicken karage is good outside but it was smelling inside which I didnt find little good. Chicken karage ramen is ok it could have been better. Other food didnt tried so I am not sure. B

Short: 100% recommend
I’ve written about my experiences at Mr. Ramen & Sushi before on other sites but nonetheless my experience remains the same and consistent: a wonderful time with high quality food and equally so service.
At Mr. Ramen, despite having not visited in some time, the staff roundly remembered me and even remembered what I ordered! While this certainly can’t be expected everywhere and especially at larger establishments, it is one of many examples of the joy it is dine there. But while recognition is an entertaining and sentimental component, it ultimately is meaningful for the service that comes along with from both new and recognized faces of the staff.
Seating is a non-issue and from the moment you step inside to closing out your tab, you’re treated with great care, prompt but not overbearing (I despise when waiters come over every 5mins or otherwise won’t leave you alone) attention, and orders are carried out both quickly and correctly.
While Mr. Ramen isn’t the biggest restaurant, they still make up for it by seating that makes the best of the space they have without putting anyone in a place they may might feel on-top of others.
But finally the food. Mr. Ramen provides a delightfully diverse menu offering the hard to find Japanese street food Takoyaki, many types of ramen with easily adjustable and varied condiments, other appetizers that one might find at many other Asian restaurants, great sushi, unique drinks (both alcoholic and not) that come with CBD, domestic and imported beers, a variety of the fun and tasty Ramune sodas, and other non-ramen entrees.
On my recent visit, I had the following:
Takoyaki, Shoyu and Seafood ramen, and two sake + 25mg CBD infused lemonades.

The best ramen place in town in my opinion. Their spicy chicken Karage Ramen is so good. Staff is very welcoming. You always have a place to sit and not overly crowded. It's a little gem for ramen lovers.

This place is around the corner from where we live, and we come here now and then. We like the sushi quality and the Ramen options. The staff will take good care of you!
