We called an hour ahead to let them know we were bringing a bus full of teens for breakfast. They were happy to help, the staff was friendly and they fed 55 of us extremely quickly. The restaurant was clean and the food was fresh.
Not sure why half these people work here, zero customer service skills. The fact that you have one job of taking a fairly easy order and still can't manage to get one out of 3 orders right let alone acknowledge a customer..just sad. I would recommend hiring staff that actual cares about quality of work. Definitely will not be back to this location by far the biggest disappointment. Just shut your doors if you can't do one simple thing correctly
We brought a bus with 60 high school students through this mcdonald’s and they did a marvelous job accommodating us. It was timely and clean. The manager was also extremely generous and kind.
I waited almost 30 minutes to get a single burger. There were numerous people who ordered after me that got their food before me. The guy who took my card looked high as balls. I told one of the employees that I had been waiting for 20 minutes, and she basically ignored me. Would have only given 1 star, but the burger was fresh and made how I ordered it at least. Seriously the worst customer service I've ever had at McDonald's
Came in for a quick bite with family, worst food quality I’ve ever experienced. The burgers were older then my grama, nuggets were over cooked to the point I could break a tooth, the fries were no longer fries, they were lays potato chips. I’ll never return this place sucks.
