For every 1 good meal here we have 2 bad meals. Bad quality control when all you get is romaine hearts and core with no green lettuce along with Southwest chicken that was mostly gristle this time. Waste of $15 on a Ty Cobb and a drink. Definitely expect more from a dedicated salad place that prides itself on freshness.

I came in today for lunch today. I ordered a Chipotle Caesar as a salad. They tossed the salad in regular Caesar dressing and when I told them I asked for the chipotle Caesar salad he proceeded to cut me off and tell me that only comes as a wrap. Ignoring the fact I specifically asked for that made as a salad. And then told me he will give me some on the side. If I wanted to drench my salad and turn it into a soup with extra dressing I would’ve said heavy dressing to begin with. I’m leaving highly unsatisfied today. Next time instead of trying to quickly get defensive listen to your customers and fix the problem. Bad customer service skills. If I had the time I would’ve made sure they remade it. But unfortunately I had to get to work myself.

I was recently at this locations and the two female employees that assisted me were very kind and helpful! They were very respectful and nice. The customer after me had about 600 questions about salad dressing and they patiently and politely answered each one. They greeted me when I walked in and kindly assisted each other as well. I’m going to come to this location more often!!!

Very painful experience. It took multiple tries to even place our order (on 10/23 over the non-busy lunch hour). The worker simply wasn’t listening. Mac n cheese was cold. And the very expensive taco salads were limp. We honestly weren’t sure we even got what we ordered because there was so much confusion. Had they been busy, we would’ve understood but we were the only ones there! Tried to be patient and assume that both people working the front were new, but 20 minutes to get in and out with a to go order was quite excessive. Again, we were the only ones there!! With no obvious online orders being filled during the time. It’s difficult to want to ever give them a try again. Feels like I wasted my money.

The serving sizes here are awesome! I got a Southwest style grain bowl, which came with seasoned chicken, multigrain rice, avocado, tomatoes, roasted corn, and a really tasty dressing (plus a few other things I am forgetting at the moment). The whole experience was excellent - I went right at lunchtime, and though they were busy inside there was no queue to order my food. They happily customized my order with light dressing and extra tomatoes. The meal was big enough that I enjoyed it for lunch two days in a row! Great service, good prices, and excellent tasting, healthy food make this a lunch spot I will definitely visit again.
