Wow- everything is so tasty. Me, my husband and two children ate here for lunch. We are new to the area and were really craving some Mexican food so we stopped in. I am SO glad we did. The service surpassed amazing and the food was flavorful, hot, and prepared quickly. My bottled beer was served with an ice chilled mug and fresh lime. The seasonings were used to perfection and nothing was bland. My children had tacos and they loved the ground beef and shredded chicken. I grew up in Colorado and this is BY FAR the best service and Mexican food I have ever had. I would rate 10 stars if I could! We will be returning :) everyone was also very friendly and attentive!! Thank you all!

This is my favorite small Mexican place in Parker, in part because it’s fairly quiet. The menu is very comprehensive. I love the salads. The service is very good, also.

I have lived and/or worked within a mile of this restaurant for nearly three years and today was the first time I stepped foot within it's walls. Upon entry there was a sign with the special of the day (Mexican chicken, if you must know) and no one to receive me. I din't have to wait long as someone quickly came up and set me at a booth. The restaurant is colorful with a decor that is common in Mexican restaurants, which is to say: lots of bright colors. It was nice and clean, which I appreciate and on a Tuesday afternoon it filled with an elderly couple and another guy sitting by himself. They don't serve Pepsi so I had to order a Coke and when I asked the waitress about the special I seem to have caught her off guard. She had to excuse herself and go ask the kitchen what the special was. I ended up ordering the fajita salad and asked that refried beans be added to the bottom of the bowl. As I waited I partook of the chips and salsa and all I can say is the chips were nothing to write home about, but the salsa was pleasantly spicy. I wish there had been more or if the waitress had offered to top it off for me. The fajita salad was decent enough, but there were no refried beans. It was only after I was halfway done that the waitress asked about the salad and when I started to tell her it was missing the beans she said they must have forgotten and brought me a side-dish of the beans. Not what I wanted, but she tried, so I"ll give her that consideration. The salad was smaller than I preferred and had black beans mixed with the lettuce and chicken. The guac and sour cream was off to the side. From what I saw, there was a serious lacking of other vegetables, such as tomatoes, olives, onions or anything else. There were some bell peppers, which makes sense since it was a "fajita" salad, but I wanted more. The waitress was quick to take my plate when finished and brought me the bill in a timely manner. Then she checked on me two times to see if my card/cash was out before I finally placed my payment on the small tray. (I still had soda and chips I was working through) Overall the food was good enough, but nothing to write home about. The service was lackluster but we're dealing with a Covid crisis and so I won't complain too much. I will go on record and say none of the staff I saw were wearing masks, which leads me to believe none of the staff in the kitchen were either. I almost walked out when I noticed that and will spend the next few days hoping I didn't get infected. Chances are I will not be returning to this restaurant as the overall experience was not that great and there are better Mexican restaurants in the Denver metro area.

Finally, some heat on the salsa. This place is as legit as you get in Parker. The service was great. The food was solid. Prices were on point. We will definitely be back when we get a craving for Mexican. Oh, and the sopapilla dessert: so good.

This is our go to "we don't want a long wait" spot. They have solid Mexican food, and the staff is always friendly and provides fast service. I think this spot is pretty underrated. The pollo fundido and steak Jalisco are really good!
