    Freaky Fast delivery is a thing of the PAST, in fact Jimmy John’s no longer delivers. instead they falsely advertise delivery options on several platforms After placing an order online through Jimmy John’s website I was contacted by a store employee telling me they would be refunding my order because they don’t have any delivery drivers. And conveniently the refund takes 72 hours. So thoughtful me decided to place an order through Uber Eats, after waiting 30 minutes I received another call from Jimmy John’s store declaring Uber eats also doesn’t have a driver and they will refund that order , and of course this takes 72 hours as well. Seems crazy delivery is mentioned several times on their websites but never the 72hr refund policy.

    They literally never have Kickin Ranch in stock. Always lots of fun excuses and rather than ASK you how you'd like to be compensated, they just include something randomly. Sometimes I get chips, sometimes a pickle. Sometimes nothing but a "Sorry". Today it was "Sorry but we ordered the buttermilk to make it but they don't ever give us enough". OK??? I can understand a week or two or three.... but this has been a problem SINCE Kickin Ranch was introduced. How many years has it been? Maybe it's time to find a new supplier. You guys charge WAY TOO MUCH For your sandwiches for this to be an issue.

    This establishment overall isn't bad. This review is primarily for the Jimmy John's brand as a whole. The establishment is clean, staff is friendly and fast. As for the company, food is a bit expensive, childish feel to the brand, quality is definitely not gourmet. The bread is always so hard. It actually cuts the inside of my mouth whenever I try to eat a sub here. Even toasting your sub at Subway, the bread never gets that hard to eat. The presentation isn't nearly as nice as it could be. The service is definitely fast, but I wouldn't understand how it'd be slow. It's literally throwing some stuff on a piece of bread. I spent $10.25 for a sub and a drink. I actually left the store hungry after spending that much. That's not right. For that amount of money I could get a lot more food somewhere else. I could get a full pizza next door. I guess if you have nothing else to eat then it's okay. Definitely not something worth going out of your way to get.

    I just ordered a Vito sub from Jimmy Johns. After waiting 90 minutes to be notified that my pickup order was ready, I called the restaurant and was told “oh yeah, it’s waiting right here.” As I was picking my order up, I saw a sign of the door that said “we are out of capicola and cheese” so of course when I get home I find that there is only salami and lettuce on my sandwich, nothing else. Seriously, what a joke. Don’t waste your time.

    This is now the second time this store has either taken well over an hour to deliver our sandwiches (less than 1 mile down the road), or they forgot a vital part of our order. After waiting for an hour, I drove down to the store to pick up my food, which was just sitting on the counter. I get home and my sandwich is missing main ingredients. We then had to drive back to the store a second time to get it fixed. We were not offered any refund on the delivery fee or even the order, just offered a cookie instead. Extremely disappointed in the lack of customer service, quality, and general politeness of the people working here. Order elsewhere if you want the correct order or timely service.
