Just received my order. What a mess of a sandwich. Did someone sit on this before it left? The bread is stuck to the paper and everything is falling apart. I got a #12 and there is hardly any avocado. I also ordered a large unsweet tea and got a large sprite. This is the second time this has happened. I won’t be ordering from this location anymore.
We put in an online order at 12:01 pm. When I arrived at the store at 12:22 pm they had no idea that there was an online order. Fast forward 25 minutes from waiting for my order, I finally got it. There are some minor things that were missed but we got our lunch. It was definitely not freaky fast. The service was acceptable, they did apologized for the long wait.
Ordered delivery at 12:59, still not delivered at 2:15. Called to cancel, person picked up phone, made comment in background to someone else about someone calling then proceeded to hang up. Attempted to call back again and no answer. If you can't deliver due to staffing then call the customer and offer them to cancel or come pick up. Don't just ignore them. Edit: Delivered at 2:36.
Jimmy John’s on Allen Way here in Castle Rock is a great restaurant that makes great sub sandwiches to which my wife and I enjoy tremendously. Easily located off of Founders Parkway on the East side of Hwy 25, the restaurant is situated very nicely, is a very clean and well maintained business with a warm and gracious staff that welcomes you upon your entrance. The facility adheres to COVID-19 mask wearing and social distancing and highly recommend others to visit and consume some great sub sandwiches.
I love Jimmy Johns and I understand understaffing so they close earlier so I just try to go earlier. But I wish the person taking your order would say something back to you, seemed very distant and wouldn't even say hello after I had repeated it twice. I also work in food service so I'm not trying to be rude.
