    I came in to pick up an order for my colleagues, and I and I was quickly greeted with good mornings and Hello’s from the staff. There was about six employees all diligently working on different things. There was one working on cleaning the lobby getting ready for the Friday rush, while the rest were cleaning and shelving chips. The lobby was clean and chairs were organized. My order was patiently taken and the new menu board was explained in great detail. The food was quickly made and when I got to my destination it tasted fresh as if they just baked the bread. I look forward to visiting this establishment for future orders for me and my colleagues.

    Lost a customer! This location has gone WAY downhill! After a couple of mediocre experiences over the last 6 months or so we decided to give it another chance as we (usually) enjoy the food. This must be a miserable place to work and obviously understaffed so I blame this on the "ownership" and not the inept staff. We came in at 6:30 pm to a single employee running everything who was obviously not happy to be there and was not friendly and hard to understand. Ordered 4 standard sandwiches with one of them adding pickles. Did not get the add on and got a different sandwich for one even though he read off the order correctly. I'd chalk that off to being understaffed at dinner time! But the worst of it all was how disgusting the store was. Trash on floor, not a single clean table, the whole place smelled of body odor and the restrooms were worse. Definitely not recommended, take your business elsewhere.

    I'm a big fan of Jimmy John's!! This was my first and now only time to this location. We went as a family on October 19 2023 it was about 7:30 p.m.. We were never greeted, while we were ordering our food we weren't even acknowledged that he was really even taking the order. It continues both employees had ear buds in only spoken like 6 words to us. The lead for this shift was terrible lead couldn't keep his hands off his phone. When they gave us our food it was done in such a manner even my 13 year old was complaining about how rude the employees were. This had me so frustrated we didn't even dine in, we ate in the car. I also don't even leave reviews that often this was just shocking to me. I was also missing all the condiments on my sandwich.

    I love the smell of fresh bread right when you walk in! It is packed with meat and it’s my favorite places to get a delicious sub. We were in and out in no time and back to work in the hour. The staff was friendly and helpful when I customized my order and we’ll be back soon!

    “Freakishly frustrating” should be this location’s motto. I’ve been a regular customer for years, but sometimes you have to know when to call it quits. The last two times I’ve been there it’s taken 30 minutes to get my order. During two other attempted visits, they were out of bread. I’ve started checking my sandwiches before I leave because they’re usually wrong. Today, as usual, both sandwiches were wrong. The first was easily corrected, but they remade the second one four times. Yes, four. I finally left with it because it looked right, but discovered when I got home that it was covered in mayo. I ordered it without mayo. The bottom line is that if you visit this location on a day when they actually have bread, be prepared for a long wait and make sure you check your order before you leave.
