I’ve come here a few times with no problems until tonight. Ordered a pizza with extra pepperoni and hardly received any. The pizza is very soggy and hardly cut, when you pick it up everything slides off, the whole thing is just mushy. When we called to talk to the staff about it they were very hostile especially the manager, he was very rude and dismissive. He said they use very sharp knives and always cut the pizza with force. He refused to remake it or give us a refund. The best they could do was add a $10 credit to my account, which I don’t have. It’s normally really good pizza so it’s disappointing to receive such awful customer service.

Ordered just a 4-corner Detroit Deep Dish Pepperoni with double cheese. Thought it would be a very simple order! At least two pieces had hardly any cheese at all. It was like eating bread with pepperoni on it! We have ordered there numerous times before and been very happy but this was not a good night! Of course I should have looked at the pizza before I left so that’s my fault! Just thought it would be an easy order!🫤

We moved to Parker recently and our first experience with local pizza was pretty disappointed. The girl who was taking our order tried to verify it 3 times and all times she was saying something wrong. We asked for a deep dish extra large pizza with mushrooms, ham, half of olives and half of pineapple with Ranch sauce, 12 plain and 12 BBQ chicken wings. It turned out that our pizza had original pizza tomato sauce and not white one as was asked, and we got 8 and 8 wings instead of 12 and 12. And look at these wings! I have never saw such poor wings for such price. They don’t look and taste delicious and too fatty. I expected more from good rated place in Parker. Will not come again.

First visit to Jet’s pizza. I had to wait almost 30 minutes for a take out order after I arrived to pick it up. I placed the online order ~ 20 minutes before I arrived. To make matters worse, the Detroit deep dish pizza I ordered didn’t taste good. A frozen pizza has more taste. Not worth the wait. In my opinion, there are better options for pizza in Parker.

The pizza is good. The staff, not so much. 2 different times I have ordered online, arrived at the location at the time indicated, then after telling them my name, had to sit and wait for my pizza. That's fine if you're busy, except both times they had brought it out, it was ready, and the girl up front let it sit in the heating cabinet for 5+ minutes knowing I was there waiting. When she finally gave me my pizza it was the one they had brought out a long time ago and she had already looked at multiple times when other customers came in for their orders. She was too busy talking to other staff and not doing her job. Both times I sat inside their store for more than 20 minutes after the order said it would be ready. Won't be coming back despite the pizza itself being good.
