We have loved jersey mikes for years but my last two experiences at this location have been enough to make me not want to come back. Last time they charged my card twice for the already pretty over priced sandwiches. Fine, I called them they credited my account the extra charge. But today, at 7 weeks pregnant, I CANNOT eat undercooked anything or deli meats because of the risk of neural tube deficiency in my growing baby, so I ordered a hot chipotle chicken sub. Well after a few bites I knew it was off. Sure enough, the sandwich is full of raw chicken. So not sure if it will be morning sickness or food poisoning that I’ll be throwing up from tomorrow. I have tried to call them and their phone is busy. It is unsafe to be serving customers not just undercooked but completely raw chicken. Ironically, the same employee who charged me twice last time was the one on the griddle. I am incredibly unhappy and at the very least, I want a refund on our $30 sandwiches.

Found a nice group of hair in my lettuce. Not the first time but I'm done going to this location until they clean up their food making process.

Be prepared to wait!!! This place is always busy because it’s near the outlet mall. Knowing this, I placed an online order at 1:35pm and was given an eta of 2:05pm (30min seemed very reasonable). Upon arrival, my sandwich still hadn’t been made. Even when the line died down, the employees were not working on the online order. I ended up not getting my order until 2:30pm, an hour after I placed it and after waiting at the store for 30min!!!! During my wait, I asked the woman working at the register about my order twice and she told me it was being worked on but never communicated my need with the people making the sandwiches. When I finally got my order, I was told that next time I should ask the staff about my order. The staff has no sense or urgency and needs to be more organized. Wont be returning as I cannot fathom how it takes an hour to make two cold sandwiches. Picture attached from my wait at the empty store.

The food is the same as other Jersey Mike's restaurants, but for some reason this location consistently fails at having online orders ready near the time that the app says to arrive at the store. Today, they didn't even start making the food until I inquired about it. They found my order in a pile of others that was still sitting on the printer.

Exceptional customer service , there was over five employees behind the counter. Everyone had a smile on their face and was diligently working …one of the more positive experiences I’ve had in a “faster food” restaurant in a long time they seemed to actually enjoy their job good work guys !
