What is not to like about IHOP? I feel like it's such a simple place but it is a staple in this country. So many important family memories were made here. I just had breakfast here with my wife and her family before we left our hometown back to our new home in Portland. It was a great experience as always. The breakfast was excellent. The service was 10 out of 10. They change up the menu often but they keep the classics as well.

everything is overpriced on the menu. the biscuits and gravy didn’t have even close to the right amount of gravy and the crepes were pictured covered in sauce and they had none. first and only visit to this iHop. Terrible experience. The plate pictured was $18 and had to ask for more sauce since little was given to begin with. Powdered eggs. Just avoid this place and cook yourself a nice breakfast at home

This store is an absolute nightmare.
We waited 20 minutes before someone came by to greet our table and order our drinks. And after waiting 45 minutes for our food, the serve brought out the wrong food saying he made a mistake when ringing it up. No big deal, mistakes happen and the server told us he would take my food off our bill, which was a nice gesture. So we waited another 15 minutes for my food to come out. When we received our bill we were very confused because they charged us for the food that the server rung up by mistake, that I hadn’t ordered. When we asked the server about it he brought over the manager. The manager Kailee had the worst customer service I have ever experienced. She aggressively came up to our table, flung a menu in my husbands hands, and was extremely condescending telling us that they were discounting the food I didn’t order to match the price of the food that I did order. She didn’t come up to our table to resolve the confusion and right the situation, she came over with a power trip trying to assert her dominance.
We were never upset with the serve because mistakes happen and he was extremely apologetic. What really got me to write this review was the aggressive and unprofessional management.

We came on Wednesday evening for dinner and loved how clean the place was and how friendly the staff were! Good job!

Awful.
We usually have a decent experience here. Not today. They weren’t insanely busy this morning - were seated in about 5 minutes. Once seated though…it took 15-20 for the waiter to come over to the table. We ordered drinks and food at the same time; it took another 10-15 minutes for the water and coffee to come to the table and the coffee was almost empty. The carafe had less than a mug in it, so we had to ask for more. That came right away, but it was another 35-40 minutes before my food came out, and another 5 min after that my husband’s food arrived. The food was not great - smaller than usual and my pancakes were almost cold. Several tables around us had the same experience.
Altogether not what we’ve come to expect from this IHOP and not an experience I enjoy paying $43 for. Would not recommend as a sit down restaurant during the morning rush. Stick to dinner time.
