My wife and visited Ichiban Buffet for the first time today and were truly amazed. Our expectations were for a “normal” buffet-level atmosphere and quality.
Ichiban delivered something many times better.
The selection was incredible (the quick snapshots attached don’t do it justice), the food was fresh and delicious, and the service was impeccable (with a special shout out to Joseph, our server).
Proof it is as good as I say? Well, it officially became the “special day” spot for us, starting with our anniversary in a couple weeks.
Great work Ichiban!
P.S. What about price? If you go with the all-you-can-eat buffet, it varies from about $18 per person for lunch during the week to the $33 we paid (which includes premium items). All I can say is that it is well worth it regardless, but if you want to watch your wallet, visit during the cheaper times. :-)

When I first learned about this place opening, I was so excited. When I then tried it on its grand opening, I was nothing but impressed. The salad bar was literally art. The sushi bar felt as if I was looking at people making paintings. And the deserts, the deserts look like something out of a catalog. Everything was delicious! And even if you’re not a fan of sushi they have so many options. Here are some tips if you do go.
1. Come hungry
2. Save room for dessert
3. Be ready to experiment with flavors
In general, make sure you come check this place out! Maybe not with the kids, but definitely a good place for date night.

My son and I wanted an adventure. We have been exploring Japanese food and this promised to be a place to try a wide variety of dishes.
We were warmly welcomed and seated quickly. Our waiter got our drink order and we went exploring.
The environment is modern but clearly feels like you are somewhere special.
To say there is a wide array of food sells this place short. Please don’t just think of it as a buffet place. It is a place to explore.
It is expensive. It is well with it.
Enjoy your adventure!

Not your everyday buffet! This buffet is definitely above the rest! My family and I stopped in for a bite to eat and this place left me with the WOW effect! Service is on point, food is fresh and delicious. The servers here are very polite, professional and very well dressed! This place is immaculate! The tables and booths are not sticky. The floor was spotless. No food anywhere and my shoes didn't make that horrible sound it usually does when the floor is sticky. Although there is not an ocean in Colorado, I was pleasantly surprised that their sashimi and sushi tasted so fresh! Their lobster tasted so fresh! No buttery, not salty or like it was frozen. It tasted FRESH! The same with their crab legs. I will be returning and I highly recommend this establishment!
