The wings with the Atomic Hot Sauce were incredible but not for the faint of heart. The burgers were cooked to perfection. And there must be a secret ingredient in the margaritas because they had a very distinct flavor that was both refreshing and satisfying. The home-made chips had just the right balance of crunch and salt-if they aren't on the appetizer menu, they should be.

We live in the Springs and came to Castle Rock for a Saturday of shopping. We chose this restaurant because it has gluten free options. I had the first n chips, my mom had the mushroom burger w/gluten free bun. She ordered hers medium, it was cooked well done and very dry. She said the bun was good though.
The fish n chips was room temperature and still had uncooked batter inside. The fries were good though, and the only hot thing on the plate. I took the fish home to cook longer because it looks like it will taste good once fully cooked.
Overall it wasn't awful, but we won't be back.

This place has a fun vibe and atmosphere. Met some colleagues here for a quick networking lunch our food was out promptly and tasted great. I got the roadhouse salad with grilled shrimp, it was delicious with the strawberries and goat cheese. I didn't get to try any beers but GD never really disappoints. If you are in Castle Rock definitely a must try.

Our server Olivia was great. The food on the other hand was questionable. I ordered the NY strip medium and the steak came out purple. My girlfriend ordered a burger medium as well and it came out pretty much raw. Wasn’t able to snap a pic of the steak cause they took it back immediately. Got a side order of the cornbread and it wasn’t great either. Girlfriend went to the restroom and pointed out a few of the employees didn’t wash their hands after using the restroom. Expected more out of a place like this but the atmosphere was nice. Manager made it right by comping and giving a 15% discount. I honestly just wanted a nice steak. Appreciated their service but don’t plan on eating here again.

Decent selection of beers to try; for only 10 dollars, you get 5 samples per flight! They also have a good variety of bar food to eat with your brew, which is always a plus. Also, their mascot is a sasquatch, which automatically gives them +100 cool points. The bartender also offered me free stickers because I loved their logo so much!
Definitely recommend stopping by for a chill hangout place to meet up with friends!
