So sad about the service here!
The pizza and wings are good, but the pizza took close to 30 minutes after we ordered to arrive at the table, and the wings didn't come for another 5 minutes after the pizza. We were in an otherwise empty restaurant at the time, so it seemed more likely that our order was forgotten.
The server seemed generally annoyed by us but was more attentive after it was obvious the food was delayed. We weren't offered any kid menus (not sure they have them) and one of the bathrooms wasn't stocked.
I'm not sure we would come back to give this place another try even though it seems like it had potential. We'll likely try a place down the street instead

When biting into the pepperoni pizza, I found myself letting out a audible “mmmmm” because of how amazing the crust is! This is possibly my favorite place to get pizza. We arrived around 1:30 and there was only another couple there finishing up, which made it odd because it did take a bit to receive it, however, the kids kept busy and the pizza was hot! (I also saw someone take away 6-8 large pizzas togo so that probably contributed to the wait time). Also, when I asked the server if this pizza would be enough they just said “I don’t know” and honestly, if they worked there long enough, they would know based on what other kids that age have eaten and if it was enough to share. I would have given a 5 stars if the customer service was handled better. I’d go back because the Chicago style pizza and crust is by far my favorite!

very bland food. spaghetti sauce was very watered down ( where you can clearly see it separating from the “tomato” sauce ), the sub sandwich was about 5 inches and the buttered noodles were dry and didn’t have any seasoning on them other than 1/2 the amount of butter they needed. service didn’t make up for the poor quality food. server definitely didn’t want to be there on a Saturday and we were one of 3 tables in the entire restaurant that were occupied.

This is our favorite pizza place! The crust is perfect and the ingredients are high quality. Sometimes there is a bit of a wait for our order, as it is often busy but it is well worth it!!! Staff have always been very friendly in our experience and we feel welcome every time we come. Mark is super friendly and was awesome!! We will always choose Granelli’s for pizza!

In a prior post about the owner....do you know the owner(s)? Are you just mad at the world?
This is supposed to be a review about a pizzeria, not a personal attack on a human(s) doing their very best every day to keep a business thriving.
In a post pandemic world, I would think people have learned the art of kindness, compassion and love.
In a post pandemic world we are all learning a new way of doing things!!
Business owners are working harder than ever to keep their employees employed and showing up. They are covering shifts like never before. They ARE showing up and making it all happen for their businesses.
Who are you to judge and "try to" publicly tear someone down?
These owners are some of the most genuine, generous and loyal people in the world. Take down your ugly words!
If you seriously had a problem with an owner, it takes a bigger human to talk to the person and a little mouse to hide behind a Google review!
I hope your 2023 gets better soon and you learn kindness, grace and love!!!
