I was surprised. I had been told it wasn't that good. Today I stopped in with a friend to try it and I was pleasantly surprised. I had a fried avocado soft taco and it was amazing. The atmosphere was also pleasing. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The servers were on top of everything. I will definitely be going back.
Extremely small portions.. Found hair in my taco as soon as I opened it... vegetables in the tacos were overcooked and greasy. I've never had a greasy taco lol. Way over priced, appeared like a kids meal. No napkins or utensils were offered. There were strange particles in the beans. I definitely will not be ordering from here ever again and don't recommend it to anyone.
Update: Came back for another try. Literally waited for 10 minutes while the cashier left and nobody was at the front to take orders while a line of 6 families just waited. Horrible way to start an experience here. Bar tender just watching. Other employees standing at the counter watching. I get the it's not my job mentality, but go notify someone that nobody is being helped. Manager no where to be seen. Food as expected. Anyone else notice that you can have 6+ guests in line and have all the help disappear with nobody taking orders? Seems to be happening more often than not lately. Definitely a factor in my decision to dine here lately. Cashier today was having a side conversation with a coworker the entire time she was taking our order.
Great spot to thrown down a super stoner munch 😁 j.k.
The food isn't the best but it is consistent for mediocre texmex. Prices are decent and there is at least flavor. It sure beats most fast casual Mexican restaurants in Castle Rock but isn't something I'm gonna write home about. The staff is decent and the place is usually fairly clean.
