This place is one of the absolute best and most memorable dining experiences you can have in Aspen. I have dreams about going back to this place. The truffle gnocchi is one of the best dishes I have ever had in my life. The french onion soup is easily the best in Aspen. The ambience and decor of this place is also extremely cozy and welcoming during any season of the year. I frequently take real estate clients here for dinner as my go-to recommendation spot for people visiting from out of town. Also - they have the best reposado tequila espresso martini in the world. 10/10 recommend, just go here.

What an amazing restaurant in downtown Aspen. We've walked by the French Alpine Bistro a number of times and never really gave it a second look from the street, but boy, where we fooled! The dining room downstairs has one of the coolest decors that we have all ever seen in a restaurant. It's French chic with a 1920s or 30s mining town flair. Whoever designed this space did a brilliant job. The food was perfect as well. My wife and I had the best fondue ever, and my son loved his wagu burger. This is a must visit restaurant in the town of Aspen. We will definitely be returning in the winter!

A must go if you are in Aspen! Food was delicious. Highlights were the beef bourguignon, sea scallops and the chocolate crepe. Easily the best and most tender beef bourguignon I’ve ever had. Setting was quaint as well. Service was excellent. Would come back again to try the fondue!

Couldn’t have been happier with this quaint little French alp themed bistro. The ambience is perfect. Fires burning, smells raging, and many happy customer chowing down on insanely delicious food.
Highly recommend for any aspen trip.

Not only was the ambiance impeccable and the food so tasty, but our waiter Benjamin went above and beyond and was so generous. Thank you so much for the fine dining experience!
