Thank you to the manager Darsha I hope I'm saying her name right that fixed our food and corrected my bad experience. God Bless her and her family. Was in there tonight at 6:00 pm. Brought someone from California that never had Freddy's I'm glad his experience was good as well, because of a good manager. Give her a raise please a big one. Amen
Apparently the kids working here don't understand proportions.... we ordered $60 worth of food. Meals, sides, desert. Our fries were half full. Our drinks were filled halfway.... in my opinion, that's not acceptable. Maybe it's because it was doordash.. but, that's still not acceptable. Minimum wage quality from kids making more than Minimum wage.
Went inside instead of the drive-through, even though I still ordered it to go. There was no one else in the dining room at 8pm bit the drive-through had steady business. Took 25 minutes to get my food and had only ordered a hamburger, fries and a drink! They did apologize for the wait and asked if they could get me anything more but didn't want to add any more time to my trip! As always, the food was good - love their fries - but the long wait while the crew played around was off-putting. The cars seemed to move along fairly quickly so maybe that's thw answer for this particular Freddy's.
Came in today during the lunch rush and my order was not exactly as I had hoped. I had ordered no cheese, but got cheese. Two employees Dasha and Naomi made sure my order was perfect and they were so kind and efficient. One brought my food out and the other gal came out to chat and make sure all was ok. Really impressed at this place for fast food.
The place was a mess. Sticky floors, fries all over the floor, most tables were dirty. Had to keep swatting flies to keep them off my food. Employees were talking about there personal life, more info than I needed to know. Great burger.
