Our first time here, they took the reservation quickly, worked with our changes. Jade N. Got us a corner table, was always on time, and she was able to meet all the drink adaptations/requests. George had special cuts of meat for the different cook preferences and everyone was happy to help. I’ll definitely be back. George went Joke for joke with my father-in-law. Parents and Girlfriend all thoroughly enjoyed the meal. The staff absolutely made the “experience” for us.
Well to start I have always had great service downtown. I understand this was the first weekend at capacity but it seemed they had a huge staff that had no idea what to do . Easily 20 minutes to get two old fashions, we sat for two hours asked 4 different people for sausage and bacon wrapped chicken ... took 40 minutes before that circulated. Server never came back to actually give check or offer desserts more drinks or water. I finally got I believe a manager to bring my check, apparently we do that ourselves too ..so what I tipped for is beyond me besides the only people doing work were meat servers. The salad bar was bare most of the time I went up there it was absolutely a waste... I would have rather started 200$ on fire
Fogo de Chao is well-known for their reputation of providing great food and customer service. However, this location in Lone Tree has definitely exceeded expectations. I often visit their restaurants when I travel for work, and was recently invited to attend a Live Brazilian Night at this location. I ended up going with some friends and family and the atmosphere and vibe was great! What made my experience more than amazing was my server Noah and Chef Greg. Unfortunately, I have some dietary restrictions and Noah was incredibly knowledgeable and attentive and even made sure Chef Greg came out to speak to me personally. After a great chat, I was able to enjoy a fantastic meal and ended up having a great conversation with Greg and Noah. The food here is phenomenal, but the service they provide is nothing short of incredible. When you combine both, you can't go wrong. I could not recommend this place enough and commend their staff for their positive attitude and attentiveness to their guests. Thank you Noah and Greg for everything!
We've been to many Fogo locations, and this one is by far the best location we've ever been to. We vacation in Denver once to twice a year and we visit this specific location every time we are in town. This visit, like every time before, was absolutely wonderful. The staff at this location is always very polite and helpful. The food variety here is always extensive and the dining room and bathrooms are always spotless. This visit was made special when our waiter, and the waiter in training, brought grilled pineapple and cheese directly to our table for one year old who asked for it.
This place has really gone downhill since the last time I was there. Hostesses were great, we were seated fairly quickly around our reservation time. I told myself I wouldn’t go back to this place because the last few times the meat was ridiculously salty (I even like salty) but I thought I’d give it one more try. The good news is that the meat wasn’t overly salty like usual. The bad news: the service. I am slightly relived to read that we are not the only ones to experience bad service here. It was honestly starting to feel little weirdly personal with how bad the service was. Our waiter didn’t even introduce himself. After about 20 minutes he realized we were there and said “uh do you guys need drinks or something?” … yeah that would be great. He brought the table bread but not the rest of the table sides until the very end when I finally got his attention - after we had finished eating. When I ordered a non-alcoholic cocktail this guy actually rolled his eyes at me. Proceeded to wait 20+ minutes for said drink. I ended up going to the bar and retrieving it myself. Sadly did not get the rest of the drinks for the table though. Those took an extra 10 minutes. On multiple occasions, the waiter actually flat out ignored us. He was even talking to the table next to us for a long while about unrelated things and then basically ran away before we could catch his attention. When he finally dropped off the other drinks he said “sorry” and walked away really quickly. The weirdest part, I hardly saw this guy. This place was packed and every time I looked for him in the expansive dining room he was nowhere to be found. Almost like he was hiding in the back. Oh, and they blatantly and randomly stopped serving us meat after a short while. We probably had 8oz or less of steak all together before they stopped serving us. They would service a table nearby and walk the opposite direction.
