This is a convenient location, and the staff is friendly. A quick stop for a filling breakfast or a cup of coffee! Yum!

They got it to me fast but this is maybe the funniest bagel I've ever seen. It's hard to photograph to show the enormous air bubbles that makes it look like half the bread was scooped out. I'm ok with Einstein bros bagels not being as dense as traditional ones but especially when it's 3$ for a plain bagel, actually sending this out and not discounting it is making me laugh. Dunno the working conditions at this store but hang in there guys.

Shame on me for thinking that Covid doesn’t exists in restaurants where mandates have been lifted and everyone else around has indoor seating….. not these folks. They have mask mandate signs on the front window yet nobody is wearing a mask walking in? So why do you have it? Remove the signs if they’re not effective or enforce the rules in which you will lose even more business and they really are not focused on customer experience like they use to. Won’t be back for some time. Too bad. Starbucks next door with indoor seating and no masks.

I asked myself today whilst eating my Nova Lox bagel, “does the person that prepared this eat food??” I was 100% convinced there was no tomato, but several bites in I finally locked into one. I decided to investigate the other half and lifted up the lox to see what was happening. There, to my surprise, was this sad little, thinly sliced tomato, completely lost and alone at sea. And the capers…all clustered together under the “safety” of that tomato. So 80% of my bagel was bagel, cream cheese, lox. And the last two bites, BAM! Everything. The capers just slap you in the face at that point.
A bagel falls in category with pizza and nachos- the goal should be that every bit include every ingredient. Do better, person that made this. And if there is a tomato shortage right now (which crossed my mind), I am sorry. But still, work on your sprinkling technique.
