I go there for the coffee. This time they said rather loudly that they don't brew decaf after noon. Because the morning is when people want decaf? 🤣 I always mixed if half and half with the flavored regular coffee in the afternoon. This pretty much confirms that I'll never go there again since it was the coffee I was after. The bagel was secondary, and I can get that at other places.

Every time I get a sandwich from this location they do it EXACTLY how I ask and they make it so good!! Other einstein bagels off 1st- 5th and wadsworth are inedible and the employees are incredibly rude. I will drive all the way to the arvada location every time because they actually care about serving you a great sandwich. The crew here is also kind, great job!!

Loved the Bagels ! Staff was friendly, the girl on register in the afternoon was good, asked for help from one of her teammates and they just supported. Glad to see there are good fast food workers out there! I’ll be coming back for sure. Yummy.

My daughter tried to send me a nice mother’s day breakfast from here. It was perfect in every way except…. the avocado used on an AVOCADO egg sandwich was not ripe, it was very hard with no flavor. I had to pick it out to enjoy my sandwich. Very disappointing!! She spent good money trying to do something nice for her mom…. Do better Einstein Bros.!!

This used to be such pleasant Einstein to go into but lately the staff has been so unwelcoming. Two visits ago, a female employee was being really rude to another employee. Not sure if was joking but when I asked the same employee a question about a certain item, the female employee answered me with such a sarcastic tone. Einstein, you used to be a place where customers felt welcomed. Now, not so much.
