We ordered delivery for lunch and the veggie bowl I ordered was NOT what we requested. My son only asked for rice and cheese but extra of both. Ended up paying $10 for half portions of both. He was so upset I ended up making food anyway. I don't post when this is out of the norm but it has happened A LOT and nothing is getting better by talking to them directly.

Wow. Where to start with this place. It took me 20 minutes to get through the line. There were eight people in front of me. The staff were walking around like they were in slow motion. Zero hurry. This was during the lunch rush at 12:45pm.
I ordered a drink. I went to get iced tea and they were out. I went to the cashier and told her. She said, and this is not exaggerated, “I know”. Seriously? That’s what you have?
I asked for a refund on my drink. It was like I asked her to do quantum physics. She asks someone else who said to give me a bottled tea. Okay I guess. But I didn’t want sugar.
This place is dirty. The tables were all covered in food. The counter where the food is made was covered in food bits. All they had to do is wipe it down. Too hard I guess.
The food quality shows the lack of any care or interest. Tiny portions, slapped together. The chicken is probably going to give me food poisoning. I picked out several pieces that were questionable if they were done.
I won’t be coming back. This place is gross and slow.

I love chipotle. This Parker location is the most disappointing and erratic location I’ve visited. Order a double meat and it’s always a single for you. Go in the restaurant and all the tables are dirty. Literally a constant disappointment.

This chipotle has to be one of the worst in the U.S. the line is always long no matter what, aka they are never staffed correctly. The food is always so hit or miss, no quality control at all. I have been coming to this one for years because it is so close by but have finally decided to drive a little further for better food, quicker lines and better service. Chipotle corporate needs to look at this store and how it is managed.

hair in my food. i have had several terrible experiences with this location, but this is disgusting. And I will likely return to this convenient location only to be disappointed again. Beware.
