I have been coming to this location for years and previously had it at 5 stars because it was always fantastic. However lately they have hired some of the laziest, incompetent staff I have ever seen. The new lady they hired slops half scoops without a care in the world and is rude when you ask her anything. The quality of food has tanked here.

First off- love you guys thank you for working. As a fellow member of the food service industry its taken a lot of wrong orders and bad food for me to write this. Aside from getting the wrong toppigns (or just lack thereof entirely) it's cold and sloppy and just not cooked very well. I've ordered the same thing for years- I do not eat meat. There shouldn't be carnitas on my burrito bowl unless I order it. I shouldn't get fajita veggies unless it's on the sticker. For $30 Chipotle is a once in a blue moon treat for my partner and I. I understand that customers are the worst and are mean, but please do not take it out on me. I understand that there's not a lot of rice left or whatever topping but at least give me more somewhere else. Again, I love you guys, I know it's stressful and a thankless job. I'm sorry I'm writing this but hopefully it'll do something for the quality control.
The portion sizes are SUPER lacking. Their prices went up and the quality and quantity of food went WAY down. They consistently forget items - but never forget to charge for them. We specifically drive out of our way to go to another Chipotle even though this one is a 5 minute walk from us.
Meat was a bit under temperature but I proceeded anyways because I was starving, Kids behind the counter seemed to be more intersted in chatting than customer serving. I got the midnight Shi*Z as always with CHipotle. Ugh this used to be such a great place to go.
