There have been multiple times where I have either gotten my food significantly after I ordered it (>45 minutes), or never gotten it at all. I don’t believe it to be the individual employees faults. They all seem overworked and stressed every time I visit. I think the blame goes towards the poor management and systems they have in place. I would recommend going to Illegal Pete’s a block over.

I contacted Chipotle’s customer support and explained my situation to them. I told them there was a system issue today, the doors were locked when I got there, and I never got my food.
The customer service rep sends me a picture of the CCTV, which showed that they finally opened their doors and were serving customers. I tell the rep that while they may currently be serving customers, it sure wasn’t the case when I was there. The rep refused to believe me and ended the chat. Needless to say any goodwill that I have towards Chipotle has expired today, and I will never be eating here again.

If I could give this place a negative 100, I would! Rude employees. Food was stale and hard and dried out... because they were closing in an hour. I guess paying customers deserve old food because they are closing in an hour. They said no one can use the bathroom for the last hour. One of the children i was with is disabled and they had an accident all over themselves because they would not let him use the bathroom.... AS PAYING CUSTOMERS!!! ARE YOU SERIOUS???!!!! I cannot believe what Americans put up w from these businesses. I guess that's why the poor stay poor and the rich get richer. A tiny little quesadilla and a soda was $14... and old.... I am disgusted!

I eat a lot of Chipotle and the quality of this Chipotle is not high.
They regularly skimp on meat portions, particularly on mobile orders -- presumably because they can get away with it easier.
I have had MUCH better luck with the Chipotle further down 16th street, or even illegal pete's a block away.
It's not egregious enough to avoid it but they regularly lose my business because of their QC.

I Went In at 8pm for dinner Got A Bad Burrito Steak To Hard Couldnt Eat It Went In For Replacement Manager Said NO Didn't Give Me Receipt Verry Unperfessional If You Get Burrito Check The Steak Or Chicken Could Be Hard Hurt Your Teeth If You Bite Into It so I didn't Eat It Wasted 14 dollars I Hope They Get Rid Of The Manager I Went In at 8 verry disappointing..1 star I am dissatisfied

I order extra rice and still tiny burrito. This isn't theyre first offense. Lack consistency
2 stars because my food was at least cooked right .
2nd review. They turn off the tortilla heat warmer 15 minutes before closing time . -1 star
