I walked by thought I could get a steak burrito since last time I had long ago. I paid over $13, when I opened it at my hotel, I found there was barely “steak”, only 3-5 little pieces beef. I did not get cheese so I said if she could give me a bit more guacamole would be nice. She did it but I didn’t see differences, but I was charged for extra. Conclusion: never go this place. Not worth the money.
Restaurant was clean and well lit. When I ordered my burrito bowl, the lady making the food seemed irritated and was rushing me. I asked for specific toppings and she just put whatever she felt like on top. I asked for lettuce, didn't get any, I had to ask 3 times and got 3 small pieces of lettuce. Then put guacamole on top and I didn't ask for any. If they listen, it would have been a better experience.
Best fast food period
Ordered online for pickup at 1:00, didn't receive order until 1:35. Their online ordering system needs to take into account employee throughput and block out when there are too many orders for the employees to get through in a given time, rather than slamming them with 30+ orders at once. It was so bad waiting in line was easily 20 minutes faster as the line became empty before many people got their online order. If you're a shift worker do not order ahead as you'll miss your entire lunch break and the chatbot has 0 way of refunding you if you leave.
This location is usually pretty busy since it is on 16th street but you cannot beat the convenience. Food is excellent. Price of the food is higher at this location than I remembered from other locations in my home state. Not surprising given the location.
