Let's talk about the new just opened location. You would have thought the employee's woulfd love to work here #1 it is Chipotle and it is a new location. But not really they seemed put out that we were there and food quality not what we normally taste, the quacamole had 2 of the stems in it. Hopefully this gets better.

The original location off crown crest boulevard was great. Good burritos, good food, good service. Then they moved the store one parking lot over. Worst chipotle experience I've ever had. The burrito was half the size of my hand and what very little food they put in there was gross. Not worth $9. I thought a new store would come with new fresh service. Wrong!! Don't go here

Friendly staff. They are always quick and efficient. Their food is always fresh instead of at bear minimum and burned like some other locations I've been to. The restaurant is always clean. By far the best location I've been to. I've been to multiple Chipotle's in multiple states. This location has the other ones beat.

They need more training and better customer service focus. They were running low on rice so they were skimping on portions. Staff was disorganized and messy. It was also a 15 minute wait for queso.
I'm downgrading my review from 2 stars to 1. I came back to this location and they are again out of several ingredients. I can also see that the owner doesn't are about his/her business from the lack of reply to this review.

This used to be my favorite Chipotle in Denver. Until recently they've hooked it up, fast and accurate. I've had 4 meals in a row wrong OUT OF THE 4 times ordering from them. A few were not even close, but it's stuff like missing sour cream, or wrong meat/sauce or adding stuff I didn't ask for.
Then they skimp on portions and it's very apparent the people who work there don't care about their job.
In fact I went to get a corrected order today that prompted this review. It was not just wrong (wrong sauce, no fajitas, had lettuce and didn't ask for it) but it was thrown together very angrily as if it was my fault the first one was wrong. A Third of the bowl wasn't even filled in... PATHETIC!!!!!
This is post Covid. This Chipotle had gone from the best to worst IMO and I will now go out of my way to go to a different one in Parker. Avoid this Chipotle, they don't care or aren't paying attention, it's apparent as the meals are no good.
