Asked for extra sour cream for our quessadilla and they absolutely drenched our chicken bowl in it when we didn't even ask for it. It looks like soup. Awful experience.
We wanted to thank the store manager on 5/26 at this location, who did an amazing job with our catering order. He was so thorough and we requested a small customization and he ensured it was in place for the order for about 45 people. Highly recommend this location for graduation and other event catering orders. You will not go wrong and the guests will be happy.
The attitude of some of the employees here is less than desirable! Sadly! An employee training another was loudly making remarks about having to “clean up a mess at a table when customers leave” WHILE THE CUSTOMERS WERE STILL THERE! Instead of giving them a chance to be done with their meal (Who knows? Maybe they would clean up before leaving?)!!! The point is: you don’t make distasteful comments about customers while there are customers at your establishment, even if the ones you’re referring to are gone! Do not be so obvious about disliking having to do your job… Complain less and learn what customer service is about!
I’ve been to multiple chipotle locations in the area and always have issues! Tonight at the Lone Tree location was the absolute worst. We ordered delivery through the app to receive a completely wrong order. After 20 minutes we finally got an agent on the customer service line who said they would transfer us to the store and then we were hung up on. We then went to the restaurant to have our order remade. The employee then informed us they realized the mistake and remade the order and it was sitting on the shelf. I have no clue how long it was sitting on the shelf, or how they were going to communicate this information to us, or how our order was going to get to us if it was just sitting on a shelf. The real kicker… we got our food… got home….. and the burrito was still wrong!!!!! All the tags on the items were correct but the food inside was completely wrong! Please fix your order system and customer service as well as properly training your staff on how to double check the order is correct.
We scheduled a pick up and we were waiting inside for 25 minutes. Eventually we decided to just cut our losses and leave because we had places to be and asked for a refund. They refused to give us a refund because it was an online order. We ended up just leaving and lost 60+ dollars 25 minutes of time. While we were there we witnessed them mess up another person's order also. Along with that people were coming and going after we had arrived. Overall, just go to a different restaurant in the area, the service here is unacceptable.
