Not bad.
Above 3☆ was a year ago.
Today it is changed to Vietnamese Chinese restaurant with Vietnamese name, and small print of China Jade still existing on the front window.
The food is worst. Most of the dimsum comes out just slightly warm or inedible due to not fully cooked to the flavour. More like frozen, then steamed to warm up.
If the owner takes time to read the reviews the last 10 months ever since they took over, it is time to re-evaluate your kitchen staffs.
What is the point of not listening to your customers feedback...?

Me and the homies kind of went overboard and pretty much ordered the whole menu of this dim sum place. We thought it was going to be one of the dim sum places that has the carts rolling around everywhere but everything was ordered through the kitchen. Nothing too spectacular on the staples everything was pretty much basic nothing stuck out for us. But the lady who was helping us was very kind to us so that was pretty awesome.

I gave two stars because she thought my 4 years daughters can’t use chopsticks and she didn’t serve them with water. WTH right? Anyway, the Dim Sum was okay, NOT good. The flavors was off for me to try. No wonder why they have “all day” dim sum. I will not come back again.

I got dimsum here and the experience wasn't great. The 蝦餃 (har gow) doesn't use whole shrimp, which is sacrilegious. The 燒賣 (siumai) was the best thing that I ordered. The 蘿蔔糕 (turnip cake) isn't edible. It was an undercooked mushy mess with no flavour. And it didn't have any turnip chunks. The 鳳爪 (marinated chicken feet) is good. Plump and juicy and flavourful. Overall the bad experience of the turnip cake and hargow over shadowed the other 2. It's unfortunate. This is fixable and there's potential here. I look forward to improvements the next time I visit.

Mom brought me here for my birthday lunch. Fantastic service and great variety of Vietnamese and Chinese cuisines. I had an order of Bánh Bôt Loc (Vietnamese shrimp and pork dumplings) that were to die for! These alone are reason enough to go back. I also had their hot and sour soup (which I MUST try at every restaurant that offers it) which was better than average, but lacked the strips of pork I have come to enjoy in that variety. Mom enjoyed her order of Happy Family and cream cheese wontons. We had a couple plum wines to wash everything down with, which unfortunately tasted as though the bottle had been open for awhile and maybe not the best quality (more sugary than usual). Also unfortunately, the atmosphere doesn't match the cuisine. It's a bit too basic for the great quality of food they serve and the prices they charge. That aside, we were mostly pleased with our experience here. I live in Aurora, which is a bit of a drive to this restaurant, but I definitely want to go back and try more of the several varieties of dumplings they offer.
