Update: the Customer Care team reached out to me to see how they could make things right. I really appreciated their follow through and attempts to retain me as a customer!
My experience with this Chick Fil A has unfortunately gone downhill in a consistent manner. I realize it’s fast food, but multiple times now my order through the app has been incorrect or missing things. Today their curbside services were completely unavailable and I had to wait 15 mins only to receive an incorrect order.

Gosh, it's busy! The food was standard for the chain, but I found the lines to be obscene. It took over twenty minutes to get my food, a simple grilled nugget meal, and by that point I was positively ravenous. I wouldn't recommend visiting at peak hours. However, I reckon you'd be fine beyond the lunch rush.

Food is always great.
Only issue is this locations arrangement to go through the drive thru. It's really not a great layout when there is a lunch rush.
They make up for it in their quality and service.

Worst experience at a Chick-fil-a. Guy taking the order at the drive thru was clearly upset that we had the audacity to come to his place of business while they were still open on a Friday night. We were rushed through ordering with a rude “Yeah. What else?” with each item. Wasn’t given time to customize anything, like saying we wanted a large drink or what kind of cheese on my sandwich. Ended up with small drinks and American cheese 🤢. Had to practically demand the sauces we asked for.
I get it, it was 30 minutes before closing and the employees don’t want us there. I didn’t want to be an hour away from home and hungry, either.
Don’t bother trying to offer me a free cookie or something for my trouble. I won’t be tempted to get Chick-fil-a again from this location.

Horrible for catering on Christmas Eve. I placed order December 11th. I have a house full of people. Pick up time was 4 to 415. I have email verifying orderv and pick up time. On the 23rd they called verifying order...They asked if we could be there before 4 as they would appreciate it. My son went to wrong store got there 6 mins after 4. I have call logs of me calling and they answering and not saying a word. My husband then went up and they denied we ordered from them. I will add they screen shot orders. Charged my card over 100 dollars and we have nothing. I have never been more upset at a place ever. Don't allow pick up times after you want to close. Don't answer the phone and not talk to me. So unprofessional and ruining an entire families Christmas Eve. I expect a call from the manager and a refund.
