Casa Mariachi is a pretty good Mexican restraint but not as good as we were expecting based on other reviews. Started with their chunky, slightly spicy, fresh salsa, which was very good. And then I always like to sample a tamale to benchmark and theirs was a little dry but still mostly good. The fried Relleno was decent but a little soft/soggy, and the enchiladas were disappointing as well. Mariachi is an above-average place that looks like they have gotten comfortable in its ways and in doing so probably lost a little bit of what made it once great. We won't be rushing back and sometime might try it again to see if they have improved. Aug 2022

Went to Casa Mariachi to celebrate my father who had passed away a few weeks prior. Mexican food was his favorite and this place comes as close as can be to a place we used to go to all the time back in California.
We were seated right away. Chips and salsa are great and we love that they add the beans with it. Chips are nice and warm. I had a strawberry margarita which was good but felt a little weak and didn't come in a traditional glass. Nothing major. My wife got the chicken taquitos which she loves. Extra crispy and nicely seasoned chicken inside.
I asked the server what was there signature dish and he pointed me towards the Molcajete(also one of the most expensive things on the menu so I don't know if he was just trying to up the bill or not) This thing is huge! It comes in a giant clay pot and has strips of grilled chicken and steak on it and vegetables and chorizo underneath. Rice and beans on the side with tortillas to make a little wrap with it. Really good flavor but the meat was so thin. Overall really good experience.

Had some wonderful food here. Like my food a bit spicier but enjoyed every bite. They have so many margaritas that there is a whole page dedicated to them! Great seating for a lot of folks. Check out my pictures. The Plating was beautiful!

2022-Nov, party of 2 on a Saturday night.
Was able to get 1 free parking.
It was 30-minute wait.
Once we got seated, the chips, salsa, and refried beans came right away. Fee minutes later, our server took our drinks order. Our drinks came a little longer, bit it was not a big deal.
Our food came about 20 minutes from the time we ordered. We ordered Beef & shrimp fajitas for 2 people. It was delicious! 1 margarita, 1 soda, fajitas for 2 people, and a side of guacamole, our total came to $61 (before tip).
Bon Appétit!

When a restaurant is as busy in the middle of the day on a Sunday as this one was today, it's a sure sign the food is good - which it was! Enjoyed the experience of eating here for the first time and plan to come back again in the future when I come back down to Parker.
