For a fast food joint, service was very friendly, food was hot, and the lobby and seating area were really nice. They've obviously put some work into it to make it a nice experience.
I will never have Arby's again. Visited this location just before 5 today. There was only one lady in front of me at the drive-through and nobody was inside eating. I thought she was just ordering a lot, but it turns out that there just wasn't anyone to take her order. It was 5 minutes before an employee answered. When it was my turn, I asked the cashier to repeat himself because I couldn't hear what he was saying. It sounded like he was so unhappy to be there, that he was just throwing words together under his breath without clarity. He then proceeded to yell through the mic when I asked him to please repeat himself. I was going to cancel my order right then and there, but decided to brush it off and pull up to the window. I fully understand that sometimes it's just a bad day. However, I got my food, expecting it to be hot as it took so long. Nope. All of the sliders were ice cold. So cold, that the cheese never had a chance of melting and remained a perfect square. I went inside and asked for a refund and left. Here is why I will not be returning though. I was still craving Arbys, so I went to the location off Parker and Lincoln on my way home. While the cashier was very nice, the food was not much better. The meat was chewy. Some sandwiches were warm, but none were hot. This is very disappointing because I use to love Arbys growing up and hadn't had it in a while because quality fell off.
Two stars for being friendly and quick. Grabbed an early lunch and there was no wait at all in the drive thru. The fries were good and the drink was correct. The strange thing is I asked for five or six mayonnaise packets for my fries I got three counting must not be a thing there. The sandwich was super lackluster, very dry and almost unedible. I was really thinking since I was very early that everything would be fresh and good.
Always friendly and good service here but had to downgrade the stars for false advertising. I ordered the 2 beef and cheddar classics for $7 as advertised on the drive through. Still paid $5.19 for each sandwich.
DON'T EAT HERE! This Arby's serves spoiled meat. My family got food poisoning from the rotten roast beef. We were sick with vomiting and diarrhea. This happened twice. Now vomit and diarrhea is all I think about when someone mentions "Arby's". I will never go back and never let my family eat at Arby's again. GROSS!
