It is a nice place. Well decorated and the staff is nice but the food was not up yo Arby's standards. I was really disappointed with $16 for a sandwich, curly fries, and a drink. I get Parker is expensive but to purchase a regular sandwich of 3 ounces of roast beef in a "meal deal" that came with a medium drink, well let's say maximum maybe 6 to 8$ but even the sandwich wasn't put together. I mean, the meat was rolled up half on the bun and half in the wrapper! I did ask the cashier to speak to a manager in hopes to show the management of why this was not worthy of the cost and may e help educate the crew how poorly it represented the Arby's reputation but management said..."If you don't want it, don't eat it! You chose that sandwich, not us!" I used to work for Arby's and feel that there is no accountability. Tge food should look as good as the photos. Each item represents the Arby's name, and that should mean a lot. I do not recommend this restaurant.
My wife and son wanted to try the Wagyu beef burgers. We ordered and paid on the app. When we arrived to the restaurant they said they aren't doing the Wagyu burgers anymore, even though they were available on the app and still on the menu board at the restaurant. I kindly asked for a refund and the cashier said she could do refunds. She was extremely rude and with her attitude I was getting the impression they just didn't want to make the burgers. I ended up having to waste a bunch of time trying to contact the corporate office to request a refund. Now I have to wait 5-10 days for a refund to process. Assuming the burgers are no longer available, Arby's should consider removing them from the app and the menu so this doesn't happen to others. I like Arby's, but it isn't worth this hassle and terrible service.
For a fast food joint, service was very friendly, food was hot, and the lobby and seating area were really nice. They've obviously put some work into it to make it a nice experience.
To the owner or manager if you are wondering why you are going through sauce it’s because you have a smart a** employee who will dump the entire container of sauce at you if you as for a few extra. This will all be going in the trash. Lol.
Food was good except we ordered a large curly fry and it was just over ½ full. Sucks considering how expensive food is anymore. We should've checked bag sooner.
