Went and ordered food tonight and decided I wanted to try their Mac and cheese when I got home I immediately noticed the portion they gave me for $4. It was a total rip off, if they were low on Mac and cheese they could’ve let me know instead of charging me I would’ve just canceled.

I've been going to Arby's for 30 years, and can say beyond any doubt have likely gone over 1000 times to multiple locations. And I've never had worse service, worse food, or a store this filthy
Ordering:
After finishing my order, they informed me they were out of items and had to redo my order. They forgot to add in a shake, put down the wrong fries, and even though I repeated everything 2-3 times still brought out the wrong food
The Food:
twice fried and cold fries, mozzarella sticks that were cold and hard, crinkle fries were clearly microwaved (I even overheard them whispering because they forgot my fries and she asked if they had enough and could just throw some in the microwave real fast). almost everything bordered on inedible
Cleanliness:
With filthy floors and tables, it came as no surprise the toddler seats looked as if they hadn't been cleaned in weeks and one looked as if one of the stains was starting to grow mold. I've never been so appalled inside an Arby's before.

These fast food restaurants are really beginning to look upscale. The place looked clean and oddly comfy, and the workers are nice and friendly. Funny enough an employee from Carl's Jr came in to buy some food. But In the end it's still a fast food restaurant.

We eat at Arby's often as a fast food option. We have never been treated so poorly ever. Ever! There were several mistakes with the order (missing food, no sauce etc.) We asked for it to be corrected. Tall, skinny "Manager" with dreadlocks came to window and was extremely nasty in return. Told us "If you don't like it, don't eat here." Then. proceeded to purposely drop our credit card outside the window on to the ground. Through the entire exchange he refused to give his name when asked. He told us his name was "Have a good day".
Throughout our time in the drive-thru they also put one piece of food in a single bag and we ended up with 6 bags for an order of only a few items. Why so petty? What is happening at this location??
This is before the food itself, the grease was old, fries were awful and our food was lukewarm at best right out of the window.

Disappointed that they didn't have the sandwich I ordered and paid for. It was substituted for a chewy BBQ sauced bun with a measly amount of something else.
