This restaurant has been cleaned up since the last time I have been here. It is very well kept, clean and beautiful looking. The food was amazing and the service was speedy. I unfortunately got heartburn because I am sensitive to spicy sauces, which did not allow for me to fully enjoy my meal, but it was still amazing.

Stopped by, admittedly a little close to close. Placed order, and spoke with window clerk about the deal on menu. She asked the line cook I guess, but not sure what she said. Seemed as if they didn’t know what I was talking about… (Menu clearly states $5 6 boneless wings w/ small crinkle cut fries. Or $6 9 piece boneless wings with small crinkle cut fries.)
I leave without checking bag & notice I am missing the fries, even though I spoke with the lady at the window. No big deal - I return expecting to just get some fries and leave… however, I assume, the woman from the back who was trying to tell the cashier it wasn’t a thing, came on the intercom and told me, rudely, that I somehow ordered it wrong?? There’s no numbers, etc. but I just stated what the menu said, and from my interaction it seemed more as if they were not familiar with their menu or what I was talking about…
This is fast food - I don’t expect much, but the order was simple, clearly stated on the menu and instead of honoring what was shown, I was somehow at fault. I work in the service industry myself, so small things like this can certainly be annoying - but, the solution is always so simple. Customer first, especially when you’ve got a giant menu displaying what they’re stating.

Just went through the drive thru. They screwed up my order…..twice! The bad thing is, it happens all the time. At this point, it’s a management issue. I can forgive a one off event, but it happens ALL THE TIME. I called to let them know. They seemed disinterested and then hung up on me. This location is absolutely unacceptable. I’d give zero stars if I could. I will say, there were two young workers who were nice, and this is not a reflection on them.

Went to eat lunch around 2pm. Was the only customer in the place. Service was terrible and slow. Mgr acted like there's no rush with a customer in front of her. Decided to order a cherry turnover after my meal. Employee lays the turnover on the counter. As I grabbed it, it was cold. I asked if it could be warmed up. 2nd employee stuck it in the microwave. I took it back to the table. Turnover was uncooked inside. I returned to the counter to inform the mgr. She attempts to get another one to have nuked in the microwave. Begins to hand it to me only to realize she nuked the apple turnover instead of cherry. She grabbed another turnover, had it nuked. I returned to table only to find the turnover was again raw inside. I gave up and walked out. 2 employees and 1 mgr provided poor, slow service. Can't imagine what it would be like if the place was busy.
Sad how little they cared.. won't be back.

It's better to park and go inside to order your food here. You might not get exactly what you ordered if you go through the drive thru. For example a #1 double might be given to you as a single. Far better than other Arby's locations as I've had the menu lights turned off on me while I was sitting there, in the drive thru ready to order.
