    Wow, poor service my sandwich in picture was squished and my boyfriend equally squishy and was missing garnishes. Fries were old and cold. Horrible just wow

    This is hands down the cleanest and friendliest Arby's i have ever been to. Everything was so clean. the sauce area had zero droppings or napkins out of place. the floors were spotless. the corners were dust free. the Manager had en employee opening the door due to slow time. it was nice being greeted at the door. The French Dip was spot on and the best tasting Au jus was very beef flavor and not watered down. We joked about this being the day 1 and we were first customers. i cant wait to come back to this Arby's.

    When I got my un-fresh food, I thought whatever. Everyone has those days. But…the freken trama of finding a bug in my drink. I wanna cry. It was in a half frozen ice cube. The only reason I saw it is because I like to munch on ice cubes…I gagged and vomited in our sink and washed the little monster down the drain. Then proceeded to try and tell my husband, just to vomit again. Since it was half frozen I’d imagine you all need to clean your ice maker. I’m writing this as a heads up for the crew. I’ve worked in fast food in the past and our machine was cleaned at least weekly or with any extra time the night crew had. To prevent this very thing. Along with covering the ice anytime the cashier walked away. Of course it was at a different business and this could just be a one off. But please for the love of god if you’re not already cleaning it. Please clean it. I’m sorry to say I will not be coming back to this location. Aside from this incident, the food is never fresh unless you order it as soon as it opens. And I don’t think I can stomach the idea of Arbys, while wondering if that was the only bug…I saw it before I ate it but what if there was more…

    When I ordered my food there last night my order was correct and I got everything I asked for. It was very pleasant. But when I stopped there just a little bit ago it was horrible. The folks that serve me last night were better than the ones just a few minutes ago. They need to work on their person at the window

    What can I say. I think you'd be hard pressed to find many other Arby's restaurants that have these kind of views. Plus whoever owns this place. Make sure kids inside are always friendly. I've been coming here about 5 years
